I have been a patient here since I was 11 years old, I’m 23 now. Dr Celia Tildesley is the best doctor I have ever met, her care and consideration is amazing! She really takes her time to understand what has brought you in to see her and really cares about your health and wellbeing. She is the only doctor I trust 100% to take care of me and I trust her suggestions on everything.

I am always so impressed with the service provided at Kingston General Practice Plus.
Not only have all the doctors I have seen cared for myself and my family thoroughly, I have always trusted their opinions and been provided with all the necessary follow up and further contacts if needed.

The ladies at reception always go above and beyond. They are friendly and approachable and nothing is ever too much to ask. (Just today they offered to hold my baby while I ducked to the car to get the nappies I had forgotten because it was going to be easier for me! So appreciated!)

Highly recommend as a family doctor/practice.

Very proficient and friendly practice which I have been attending for many years. It's always clean and tidy and parking access is very good. Special thanks to Kate the Practiced Manager who is a breath of fresh air and manages the impossible all the time.

The ladies in reception are so very caring, very welcoming and friendly. Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this doctor surgery.

The General Practice staff are very efficient, always smiling and welcoming. My experience with the doctors at this medical clinic is always professional and interested in their patients. This makes for good doctors.

I took an elderly friend to his GP at General Practice Plus as a walk-in as he had been suffering with dizziness over the weekend. Tiffany (office staff) was able to ask Nurse Bec to speak with him and she was super with speaking with him on his symptoms but they did not have an appt available however Kate (office staff) was able to make a call to a patient who had an appt booked within the hour and the kind patient moved her appt so my friend could be seen by the GP. Everyone went above and beyond and were very compassionate/caring. Great work ladies!

I receieved an excellent medical care. The consultation room was nice. And the clinic was clean and tidy, and they even provide small toy area for children. Very nice.

Easy to book appointments online, friendly reception staff and thorough, helpful doctors. Generally can get an appointment within a day or two. The children’s corner has been set up well with toys and colouring in.

Very kind and caring staff. Able to have consultation with doctor at short notice. Doctor spent extra time and was extremely helpful and understanding.

I like my new Dr, Dr Shawn, he listens to what I say and advises accordingly, he doesn't fob me or my concerns off. With his help my health and life is now chooffing in the right direction. The reception gals are lovely also 😊

Always a pleasure to visit General Practice Plus and today was no different. A friendly greeting upon arrival, a two minute wait and the smiling Doctor Jessica, dressed impeccably, took us to her rooms and without fuss injected us with the flu vaccine. Simple, fast, efficient! All happy! I also love the GPP app!!

Excellent dermatology consultation and treatment from Dr Ian Hoyle.
My years of sun exposure have
presented Ian a few challenges but he has patiently and thoroughly addressed them and provided helpful follow-up advice.

Terrific service, and I appreciate how flexible they were finding me a different doctor when mine was fully booked. Be prepared to pay a gap fee - you get what you pay for.

I had an appointment with Dr Shaun Ewe today. I was really happy with his care, thoroughness and could tell he was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say, didn't disregard any of my concerns and ordered me the appropriate tests. He was so good at communicating and explaining what I needed to know. I would be more than happy to go and see him again. He is fantastic.

I have also seen Dr. Shady and Dr. Du Bois and have found them to give a similar level of care. Never disregarding what I had to say, listening and giving me effective treatment. I highly recommend this practice. I was also referred by a doctor to a really great psychologist.

The only down fall is that their phone line is always busy and its hard to get through. I often use the hotdoc app or have to walk in if I want an appointment. If they are so busy though, it is only a good sign. They are popular for good reason.
