Great advice and catered to my needs. They didn't push me into buying their products and were honest.
Its been a few months now since buying the 140ah AGM twin battery pack and with about 8 outings with my 24volt trolling motor no issues with reliability and power.

I researched batteries to install a dual system for ages and then discovered that Giant Power offered a bigger capacity battery at the very best price I could find. Then they delivered so quickly I was amazed.

I have bought 5 12V 140Ah AGM batteries and accessories from Giant over the last few years for various projects. My assessment of these batteries is that they work great. Too early to say how long they will last (which obviously depends on usage as well as battery quality), but to date no problems. Also I have to say customer service from Giant has been excellent: they have an in-house battery specialist who was able to answer some very detailed questions I had in relation to the battery specifications and setup, and also postage and delivery by the company was also 2nd to none. One of my batteries went missing in transit, and Giant sorted it out quickly, and the problem was 1000% resolved to my satisfaction.

Ive had the Giant 85AH AGM in my Isuzu MU-X for a few months now running as a secondary battery running my camping lights and 12v fridge. The battery is amazing and runs all my accessories without any dramas. The service was great and delivery was quick, I would definitely buy from this company again. Great product and great company!! After purchasing a Battery a few months ago, not only was it priced competively and delivered promptly, I also received a set of detailed instructions on installing it safely and included how to maintain it into the future. The battery was going into my motor home and it can be left not being charged for extended periods of time. The instructions covered off on this in simple terms, which will help extend the life of the battery.

I have just made my 3rd purchase from Aussie Batteries, 125W Solar mat. And couldn't be happier with both the products and the service. In regards to the solar mat I was given the expert advise I required, ordered easily over the phone and the product, much to my surprise, arrived well within 24 hours. I have also been using a Giant 125Ah deep cycle from Aussie since June 2015. The battery has performed flawlessly since day one.

I purchased a 130AH AGM battery plus a battery box from this company some time ago. It has been used extensively as a dual battery system in my 4wd powering my fridge, lights and for charging all my accessories during my frequent camping trips. It has and continues to be an awesome bit of gear. The company was also very good in offering advice during my purchase which made the process very easy. Would do business with them again and have recommended them to friends and fellow 4wd mates

In July 2017 I bought the Giant 73 L fridge freezer. After more than a year and a half it is still running like new. I’ve spent a lot of time driving over rough roads in national parks and the fridge hasn’t missed a beat. I love that I can Choose to set either compartment to fridge or freezer depending on changing requirements. And the unit doesn’t use much power and I’ve always managed to run it on solar power alone. It’s great that there are still Australian quality products made for Australian conditions .

I purchased a Giant Power 130Ah Deep Cycle battery in Oct 2018. It has been running my Engel 35L 24/7 ever since via a Battery Box. The performance is excellent. I'm usually charging it every 4-5 days. Will eventually get Solar mounted on the ute for constant daytime charge. Would recommend a Giant Power battery for sure.

Always received goods as ordered, with prompt delivery, and Tracking info supplied. Have purchased Batteries, Battery Combo, Battery Box, Solar Regulator, and when 1 order was shipped with the incorrect battery, there was no hassles getting a replacement shipped, with all freight paid for by the company. Have rung them several times in the last few years seeking advice, and always received friendly, helpful replies.

I have the 140amp battery and battery box with 4 normal Anderson plugs and one larger one that fits my 175 amp so I don’t loose any power from my main best set up on the market. And Australian owned grab yourself the best out there it want let you down love mine it’s never mist a beat when running my angel fridge
