Medispecs Optometry

I was on holiday and unfortunately damaged my prescription Maui Sunglasses. I phoned Medispecs Optical and spoke to the Optometrist Douglas who advised me to come to the business and have a look at the range of glasses.
Douglas and his staff could not have been more helpful with the replacement pair and ensured the fit was perfect.

It's amazing the difference it makes when you go to a competent optometrist who actually takes the time to perfect your prescription.For the first time in at least 40 years I'm actually able to see well with my specs on and it's such a relief. My previous prescription was out by more than 1 dioptre and no-one else took the time or trouble to correct this.I would recommend that anyone who wants an accurate prescription should go to Medispecs at Mountain Creek.

I cannot recommend Doug and the staff at Medispecs highly enough. I was pretty stressed out about my daughters eye problems and Doug went out of his way to reassure me and explain everything thoroughly. (I always have a hundred questions especially when it comes to my kids health.) Importantly, the kids were made to feel welcome and the appointment was fun for them too. We drove over two hours to our appointment based on the google reviews and would happily do it again.

First visit for an eye test for my 7yr old. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Doug did a great job performing the eye test for my very nervous child. I highly recommend parents to come here for their kids. Will definitely be going back.

My family & I have been seeing Douglas for many years! He is so lovely, extremely knowledgeable & very professional. I would particularly recommend Medispecs to people with children, he is wonderful with them. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses!
