Let me just start by saying, if you're on the hunt for a wedding venue that's going to leave a lasting impression, The Refectory Werribee Mansion is it! Our wedding night there was nothing short of magical, and I can't help but dream about every little detail that made our day so special.

It feels like you've stepped into a different world. The place has an old-world charm mixed with lush greenery that had us falling in love at first sight. As the evening rolled in, the whole place lit up in this warm, fairy-tale glow that just made everything look so dreamy.

The food was delicious! A special standout meal was the premium eye fillet...absolutely melted in your mouth! There were a lot of happy and full guests by the end of the night.

The staff at The Refectory were great to deal with. They made sure everything ran like clockwork. We felt so taken care of, and it really allowed us to just soak in every moment of our big day.

Picking The Refectory Werribee Mansion for our wedding was the best decision. The gorgeous setting, food, and incredible team made our night unforgettable. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. A massive shoutout to everyone at The Refectory for giving us the most amazing night of our lives. We recently had our wedding at Werribee Mansion and couldn’t be happier with how everything went, the venue, food and staff were all amazing!

Ebony, our coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with! Helping us arrange everything from overseas wasn’t easy but Ebony made sure to go through every little detail with us, answered all our questions promptly and made us feel well looked after. Not to mention driving us around on a cart all day. Couldn’t recommend her more, she’s the best!!! :)

We had our wedding at The Refectory and the day and night could not have been better. The lead up to the wedding they did have a changeover of staff but Stacey made us feel comfortable and was very quick to reply to any of my queries. On the day, we felt supported from before our ceremony and throughout the reception. The venue itself is stunning and we could not have chosen a better venue. So many of our guests mentioned how it was such an amazing wedding and that the food was very nice! Thank you to The Refectory team for ensuring we had a perfect wedding!

Hands down, the best scones I've had which haven't been baked by my mother. Soft, fresh, pale, not sweet, and not overbaked and brown. Great conserve and cream. Lovely fresh sandwiches, and an excellent jug of Pimms. Only criticism is no spoon for the jam and/or cream. A really lovely spot for a light meal, on the verandah of a beautiful mansion.

We recently had our wedding at The Refectory. The team did an incredible job. We just want to thank Ebony who was our main contact and Sara for supporting us on the night. The food was incredible and the venue. All our guests gave us only positive feedback. Every question they answered so quickly no matter how silly and frequent. Stunning mansion - I was there for a wedding reception three weeks ago. The food was amazing and the service was great. The mansion is well maintained and the outdoor area is very welcoming.

We had a bridal shower at The Refectory on a pop up picnic. It was a lovely experience on a beautiful day and Riley the restaurant manager was very helpful and made all things clear with us from start to finish and it all happened smoothly. Everyone was amazed by the set up, perfect place for a perfect weather. Food was also lovely and we enjoyed it. We will do it again and will not forget to mention to set up the umbrella ahead of time as they get so busy during the day but nevertheless all of the staff assisted to the best they could and everyone was happy. 100% recommending to friends.

It’s a beautiful venue with a amazing team. We recently had a wedding here and everyone is so helpful and friendly, all the guests and the couple all had a wonderful experience.

We had a spectacular morning coffee after Parkrun. Pre-opening food is somewhat scarse but there's a selection of small cakes available. Staff are brilliantly friendly and sitting in the morning sun out in the gardens is simply luxurious.

We recently held our wedding at The Refectory @ Werribee Park Mansion and what a night it turned out to be! Our biggest, most heartful thanks goes to our wedding coordinator, Ebony. Ebony is the epitome of great customer service - she was graceful and prompt in her correspondence, she kept us up to date with all of the big and small details that would affect the wedding day, and she always took time to listen to our queries carefully. She truly went above and beyond for us. Our wedding would not have been the success it was if it wasn't for Ebony and her team.

The catering, service, and venue at The Refectory were perfection. We are so happy with our seamless wedding experience; our guest enjoyed canapés and drinks on the lawn before entering into the beautiful room to enjoy amazing food, drinks, and an overall fantastic time. We had our wedding here in The Refectory earlier this month and it was spectacular! Sara and Ebony were absolutely amazing helping us coordinate and organize it!

We had unexpected guests show up who didn't rsvp and the ladies handled it swiftly and so smoothly we were so impressed with their level of professionalism!

Everything about the night was perfect the food, the drinks, the room itself and the food oh my gosh it was amazing our guests could not stop gushing about it afterwards! Even my grumpy foodie uncle was astonished at the steak that was 'melting in his mouth' lol. We can't recommend this place enough!

We had a Pop Up Picnic for our work Christmas party this year. Ebony was a delight to deal with, a real professional. The picnic was set out beautifully and the food was delicious.

Ordered two high tea hampers and a platter of sandwiches for a family birthday. Every single piece of food was delicious.the high tea hamper looks great with the tiered box. 100% recommend and worth every dollar. Lovely and helpful staff too. Thanks Refectory team.
