Had to purchase a new harness as my girl put on so much weight over Christmas. The woman who served me was kind and helpful. Now my go to for any pet purchases 😄

Helpful, polite and informative. Looking forward to more stock coming in, as they were out of what I needed. I rang but when I arrived only had one out of the three they said they had, but more coming next week.

I have always found the staff here to be polite, responsive, knowledgeable and caring. Took my dog in there for the first time today, he was a little nervous but they were caring, he got a pat, didn't take the treats (he is funny like that). Product wise they are knowledgeable and have what I needed. Thank you.

Although they didn't have the item I was after, the staff member was incredibly helpful at contacting another location, and incredibly friendly. Would definitely return to this store even though another one is closer to home.
