Excellent customer service friendly staff when asking for transmission oil for my particular car. I recommen this place for anything and everything you need of your unsure the staff are happy to help.

This morning went to Supercheap in Frankston to have my car head light globes replaced . Was serve by Lindsay and Cameron excellent customer service welcoming and knowledgeable. A + service thank you .

Lindsey was amazingly helpful on the phone, I came straight into store, and she had my items ready for me. She showed uncommon kindness and excellence.

I had to replace an item I bought earlier and they were great with the assist. No fuss and hassle free.

Was in and out in a flash! Good customer service, competitive pricing and good selection.

A huge thank you to the champion who gave his recommendation on how to permanently fix the misses foggy headlights. Worked a treat and came up looking perfect! SCA management, if you read this, figure out who the champion was and shout him a case of beer (or a pay rise). Purchased the goods on Sunday 22nd of Sep at around 9:45 am

I well set out and pleasant Super cheap Auto. Found what I needed quickly and without any assistance. But staff did offer to help me regularly. Parking a bit messy especially with the local RSA apparently "reserving" all the spots in a Home-maker centre. Super cheap auto has an excellent rewards program and it really makes shopping there very appealing.
Also park in the RSA spots if possible.

The staff were happy at work (one was singing), all floor staff were busy and paused what they were doing to be helpful. While waiting for my paint colour to be mixed, I overheard staff directing customers to exactly where they could find what they were asking for and elaborated to give an explanation of why some stock was discontinued or withdrawn from sale. They stock a great range of auto-related things, from paint, hose pipes, cleaning items, specialist tools, mats, window shades, mobile phone holders for the dashboard, camping stove items - so much stuff!

I have shopped at Super Cheap Auto for a very long time but I always checked Competitors Prices before hand. I found this Time Consuming. Of course if I was just getting a few things and the Prices were a lot Cheaper, I would and did Purchase them elsewhere. I am old school and not really into new Technology but because I needed Quite a few items ( 28 in fact ), I did go Online with the help of one of my Children. I am Glad that I did so and did Compare Prices. I found that some Competitors Prices were Cheaper but Overall with All items purchased Together, Super Cheap Auto "SAVED" me $55, now that is a big Savings for me!!, not only that when I called to enquire about a few items the Staff member ( Thanks "Lauren" ) was Very Courteous, Helpful and Knowledgeable about the Products!!!. All of the above made my Decision Easy. I then without hesitation Placed my Order of which I found was easier than I thought. Online mind you!! and within 2 hours!!! Received a text message letting me know that my Order was Ready for Pick-up. I was in the Store for 4 minutes and out ( I admit that I was the first one in the queue). All items were Checked, Correct and Packed!! A Great experience Dealing with "Super Cheap Auto" and again Thanks "Lauren" and Super Cheap Auto - Frankston South.

I have always found the staff at my local to be very helpful. Some time ago I purchase a Navman Dashcam some months later I got my new car and had problems installing it - due to the cable between the front and rear being too short (5m). I contacted Navman who kept telling me that they were sorry but were of no help whatsoever. I contacted Supercheap online and they offered to take it back with a full refund. I really appreciated the assistance, good service is very hard to find.Ordered 2x 5L oil online but only received 1x. Tried to use Chat service with Sala but did not believe me and wanted to check with Aus Post that I was given 1x not 2x (as if Aus Post will be able to verify this! What really happened was Supercheap Auto online packed 1x instead of 2x bottles).

Everything you could want to maintain your vehical, whether it's car, boat or caravan if it moves or has a motor you could pretty much by what you need for it here, you can also find stuff you don't need but want it anyway. Have fun shopping
