Cheap parking across the road from the Casino where it's a flat $50. 4 stars only because it's NOT a 24 hour carpark and most entrances are CLOSED later at night which can make getting back to your car difficult as you need to walk around the block hunting for an entrance that's open.
After midnight the only pedestrian entrance I know that's open is the vehicle only EXIT ramp on Southbank Boulevard.
At night it's only $16 here. Fairly dimly lit and a real rabbit Warren underground, it's a bit hard to find your way out. Make sure you make a note of where exactly you've parked as it's not to hard to be disoriented and have difficulties finding your car at the end of the night! Some tight bends and turns inside, it's not too hard to scrape your car as you try to figure out where to go, especially if you have a larger car/SUV etc. There are several lifts up from the basement, but the almost hidden entrances inside the small shopping mall upstairs or at a corner of Freshwater Place is frequently closed up at night. You then have to walk all the way around the building to Freshwater place and walk down the entry/exit ramp to retrieve your car.
Beware also that THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR CAR PARK!
Closing times vary on different days of the week.
After closing the roller doors come down and carpark is sealed. There is an unlocking fee of over $100 to get a security guard to open it!

Awesome car park, close to everything, mostly great staff except for the old guy there, he lacks that certain pizzaz but he is tolerable.
Highly recommended.
