7-Eleven

I went in to buy a coffee and a donut for my daughter and went up to pay, and another man had entered the shop. while I was waiting at the register he tapped his card and paid for his water and also paid for my coffee and donut!!! Thankyou so much lovely stranger. :))

Welcoming and friendly demeanour from customer service Guy with beautiful manners. Dropped in for a coffee & lamington. Freshest lamington I’ve eaten in a while!!

The 7-Eleven I visited was clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which was nice to see. However, the person at the counter lacked basic courtesy. They didn't greet me or respond to my simple "hello, how are you." They seemed more interested in their personal phone call, which was in a foreign language, rather than attending to customers. This lack of customer service was disappointing.

Went for a coffee and double cupped because it felt really hot. When I went to pay at the counter, the employee rudely said I would have to pay full price for the second cup, and that I could use a napkin if it’s hot. A full cup of coffee costs $1, but apparently so does an empty one... zero logic and bad customer service. Not impressed.

I went to this 7-11 to buy some drink. Staff lack some of that customer service attention. Terrible service.

I was outside for 20 minutes with the alarm going off and I could see the guy at the back filling up the drinks fridge and he didn’t come out and help.

I don’t understand, They are so unfriendly and empathetic, they could work on the customer experience

Google shows they are 24 hrs open but no response when you go there after 11 pm.

Well if it’s 24 hours convince store, customer should be allowed inside rather than they wait outside unless some rude guy comes and open the door like doing some favour

I can understand if a store closes for 30 mins for a mandated time for cleaning or even a staff break or have your shift less than 6 hours long but don't market it as 24/7 if it ain't open 24/7

Also refuse to stock them by the look of it.
Maybe 7-eleven corporate could explain the rules to their franchises and staff instead of thinking they’re above the law.

Very poor uneducated,arrogant indian guy from 5pm onwards who is the biggest enemy to the owner of the store.

Asked if I can use the toilet even though I’m a paying customer and they still won’t. Very rude

It is not open 24 hours.whenever I go there it is close and after 10 minutes someone comes out and open the door.This means the store is short in staff.

I don't want to see this trash on my map.

There is nothing of value in this stinky store.
