Walked past your parking in Forster Street South Yarra, today at 4pm 6/1/2023 and l had a glass bottle and two other objects through at me from the top of the roof by young males. Luckily l wasn't hit. maybe you need security to check top level parking and roof for people once in a while..

the worst. not only not helpful and rude customer service from the intercom (and i work in service...) its just mindboggling that for weeks not the can't get their card system fixed... as its after physical cards rather than the digital apple or android held credit cards... sometimes it works first time sometimes not after the 10th... furthermore its keeps taking money of to refund it to u straight away... so literally not my problem... here we go just 1/2hr ago, i had to do a bank transfer (lmfao) then send a screenshot.. which apperently took 10 minutes to get to them. Its also an osko payment which is instant.. and on top its not my problem ur machine doesnt work for month now... anyways.. i ended up calling police to attend (on the non emergency line)... and sure enough after i did asked for the correct address for them to attend.. my payment came through... literally whatever... fixed ur stuff and educate ur staff. it was 8$ and u made a 20minutes odysee out of it. ridiculous really.
