My Crete Patio Bench arrived today. Cannot say enough how thrilled I am with it. It oozes quality, sophistication, comfort and ticks all the boxes. There will now be so much more time spent on this humble deck sipping wine, or enjoying a morning coffee. There was a delivery delay on this bench and the CLU Living team and Emma in particular, has kept me informed at every stage of the process. Could not be happier and highly recommend CLU Living for unique quality home products while delivering a stellar customer service experience. Would 100% purchase again.

I have just taken delivery of my beautiful spindle back bench from CLU Living. I am absolutely thrilled with the bench. The simplistic design, superb workmanship and beautiful wood is gorgeous. We built x 2 modern off-grid farm stay accommodations in Bright, Victoria. We went to Melbourne to purchase furniture. We went into numerous furniture shops and had decided that CLU would be the last one, we had given up on finding the right furniture/guidance. We walked in and met Chris, he was friendly and warm and was genuinely interested in our project. Chris and his team helped us over the next couple of weeks and we purchased almost all of our furniture from CLU. It’s was a smooth, enjoyable experience and I will certainly be purchasing future furniture from CLU.

When we were deciding the overall furniture of our new apartment, we had visited a lot of furniture and design stores. Clu Living and the whole team have been the most caring ones who listen to your needs and make the best possible recommendations. They have been helpful, professional but not pushy!

We love the new tailor-made sofa so much! It looks exactly the same or even exceeds my expectation in terms of look, comfort, material, finishing and the overall quality. It almost made a statement of what Clu stands for.

The best of all, my sofa arrived weeks earlier and it came just in time so I could even save the efforts of moving my old sofa to the new apartment. And the team had been helpful all along the design and order stage.

Chris, such a delight to see you again yesterday when I collected my Bink Side Table. The store is spacious, welcoming, and organised such that customers are able to wander about without feeling overwhelmed by the number of products you sell. Easy to find, thanks to its orange exterior blinds.

Here's Mr Bink, ensconced next to my armchair, and disassembled. Fewer than five (5) minutes to get him upright. Steady on his single large foot too.

Ordered from them online as I live in Sydney. This was my first time purchasing from this store and was so impressed on how quickly the item was shipped, the very next day, and two days later it had arrived. It was well packed and the item was as exactly shown / described on the website. Would certainly order again from here based on the experience.

Update: I received my perfect new tabletop today… this team does what it says it will, shout out to the Hooten Delivery team too for manhandling my very heavy table into place with such care.

There is a reason that this store is so highly rated. While there are many online furniture options,, Clu is without doubt one of the best.. In addition to a fabulously curated selection it is their customer service that stands out. I recently ordered a table which I adored but it had a small chip in the table top on arrival from the manufacturer. After contacting Clu they had sorted a replacement within 24 hours. Definitely 5 stars.

We've ordered a few pieces - the design and quality is exceptional, as is the customer service. When there was an issue with delivery, Clu immediately addressed it. One timber piece had a (very minor) pen mark - Clu immediately sent someone to repair it, with outstanding results. Clu also arranged to customise another piece to better fit our space. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

We bought a beautiful console for Clu Living. It was damaged from shipping and they went out of their way to get us a replacement quickly as we had already waited 6 weeks. I’m really happy with the new unit, it’s unique and functional and exactly why I wanted. Really nice in person and good quality.
