Had difficulty with no win no fee, As my lawyer expected me to take the first offer and said I'm lucky to be offered that. It covered one injury, which includes pain and suffering. I have been stuck on workcover for 4 years now and the offer I got told to accept was 14 thousands dollars, and I have a serious injury and wanted all injuries covered, as it happened on the start of our lock down 2020. Now trying to do consolidation when they refuse to give me the paperwork for consolidation process, as my lawyer told me that she is not doing the consolidation now I'm trying and the lawyer wants me to pay 4400 dollars for the payout I got from the 14 thousands that I rejected. Very unfair process though this company when still receiving workcover for weekly payments which is on going permanently because of two prolapse disc's in the neck and as numbness in the right arm.

Experience embedded in my brain. Guidance was so very messy and turned into a costly dogs breakfast. Wow! All while nursing shock, trauma, grief. Endeavoured to forge through sadly bitter Estate battle with my only sibling. Beyond exhausted.
