We've been grabbing coffees from 10 Balcombe for many years now and continue to visit because of their commitment to great coffee and guys vibes. It's a little "hole -in-the-wall" window beside the Hunter Markets on Balcombe road, right on the corner of Nepean hwy. There are a few good food options, generally pastries to pair with your caffeinated preferences, a couple of outdoor tables if you want to sit and sip as well

For the past year, I've been frequenting 10 Balcombe for my coffee fix, consistently experiencing top-notch quality. However, with the recent influx of new staff, my coffee orders have been consistently disappointing. Whether it's incorrect orders, burnt milk, or dirty coffee machines, the quality has taken a hit. I kindly request the skilled female barista to provide training to the new staff members on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee. Currently we’re only buying coffees when she’s working!

Rude and abrubt female staff member serving on a Sunday morning (not a market day either). Clearly Sundays arent for her!
Had a total of 3 customers and still couldnt muster anyfriendliness.

Given this place several chances as the coffee is delicious, however it is never hot. I’ve specified extra hot strongly every time, but it is never even remotely hot. Disappointing
