I rang City Chic Customer Service a few times last week in desperate need to find a dress for my divorce party that weekend.. I know I left it extremely last minute and to say I was stressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

Both experiences were amazing, the team members on the phone were extremely friendly and patient with me. Checked stock of all the dresses I enquired about in Victoria.

The BEST part of the story. I raced to DFO Moorabbin in Victoria Friday evening as they had one of the dresses in stock. I was greeted by Danny who remembered me from my phone call earlier that day and handed me the dresses I had enquired about. She was welcoming, helpful and bubbly. The store looked amazing, Danny had just finished rearranging which made finding the sequin dresses so much easier! I was in a rush and felt very stressed but because of the new layout I was able to find more dresses to try on within no time.

Conclusion to this very long review... I FOUND A DRESS! It looked amazing and I felt fabulous!

Thank you to the entire team; especially Danny for helping me feel like a million dollars to celebrate a very important stage of my life. I will be back to shop again, especially at DFO Moorabbin because of the new layout!

10/10 would recommend the store if looking for super great service & good deals.

Went to the store yesterday to look for a dress for an upcoming event, like always the staff there, *especially* manager Dani, were amazing. She always makes me feel absolutely special when solo shopping, counting on her for great advice on styling & on complimentary pieces.

I first came to the store a year ago & met Dani for the first time, since then I tend to go out of of my way, past local stores & outlets purely for the stellar service I have received from her. While I’m normally self conscious & very selective on the items I pick, Dani has suggested a couple of items that I’d never thought I’d enjoy & have they have ended up as staples in the wardrobe. I took a friend to the store for their first visit & she was blown away by Dani.

Love coming here for the sales, the staff are always great and happy to help and hype you up if you need it when shopping. The stock is either exactly what you want or nothing you're after but that's clearance stores for you. It's a great feeling being able to walk in to a shop and find good clothes that fit and even to have the issue of something being too big is nice compared to straight size stores.
Always stop by when I'm in the area to try my luck and pick up a great deal.

Absolutely fantastic experience today, walked in unsure if I'd find anything to suit me as I was looking for something brighter than I usually go for. However after looking around for a while not knowing what to pick, I had the fantastic Jenny come and help me find some things in my size that were fun to try and totally suited my body shape.

Then trying things on I had Danni step in and help me find a bra to match the dresses so I could see their style better.

Both these wonderful ladies really made me feal comfortable and happy shopping. I will be back!

Normally not a shop l go into, as it doesn't usually suit me.
But my daughter loves their things, so l had a look. And l'm so glad l did. I got a top, jeans and 3 pairs of boots and l'm thrilled with all of it.
The shop itself is a bit dishevelled so you have to hunt and move things, just make sure you have plenty of time.
The staff were lovely and very helpful.
I was so impressed l told my daughter to go and have a look, she did, and also grabbed a few bargains.

This morning I had the most amazing shopping experience. After leaving another clothing shop in tears due to trying on a skirt (the biggest size they had was a 16) and not being able to get it up past my thighs, my husband convinced me to have a look in one more shop. We were both greeted with such warmth, and the lovely Denise explained to me how the sizes work, and even helped me pick out a variety of items to try on, all of which fit perfectly (she really knows her stuff). I was blown away. I have never had such a positive clothes shopping experience. I am not usually one to spend time trying on multiple items at a time as I usually get so disheartened, but today that all changed. I will definitely be returning in the future many times! Once again, Denise, if you're reading this, thank you so much, you turned an upsetting moment into such an amazing morning that I am still reeling from!!

Went into City Chic today & wow you would be hard pressed to not find something!!! There is so much of everything. I was time poor & was looked after by the beautiful Jenny, from New Zealand. She was amazing & so much fun. She knew exactly where everything in the shop was & had great suggestions for specic pieces!!! Well done City Chic great employee!!!

Jenny & Danni have exceptional customer service. Walked in looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding, when Danni said xs, l said nahh, no way, thats when she told me they are plus size store. They went above and beyond hunting for something in my size, Jenny came to the change room with me as l have a disability. She helped me get into the dresses, trying on bras. Nothing was a bother for both ladies. Walked out extremely happy with my purchase.

Jenni ( hope that's how it spells) she was amazing. Found me the best pair of jeans and all the tips ❤🙌🏽 hopefully you get to go back to nz for a trip soon .will come back and see you soon.

Ok , a lady team member name Danny was superb. Costumer service was above and beyond . At the store she was super lovely and helpful and when I left she ran across the DFO to hand in my phone. I hope she read this msg .

Great variety of clothes and well set out. Prices are fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only recently discovered City Chic - I find their clothes are a much better fit than other stores and are well styled. Store def worth a visit

Great place for the plus size chicks and great prices. The staff were awesome as well. When you get a outfit for a wedding and they spent time helping me pick out a outfit and shoes

The woman working in the store was so lovely and helpful - I haven't bought jeans in literally years and sure helped me pick out pairs to try on that suit my body shape and what I want in a pair.

Called today to see if a dress I saw online was in stock. What a lovely lady answering the phone. Brilliant customer service . So warm and friendly.

The staff at this store are absolutely amazing ! I also managed to find a dress for such a great price love this store will be coming back in the future

So many styles and sales to pick from and finally we have something closer these ways instead of going all the way into the city, the ladies here are also awesome to deal with, whether its helping you look for an item, sales or just general conversation!
