Can't thank the ladies enough, I went in this morning (Saturday) with an emergency repair to my jacket for a wedding...even though they had no time they still repaired and got mW on my way. Absolute superstars thanks so much!!

Fantastic Service and Business

Great for dry cleaning however I would advise not to use their alteration or repair service. They won’t provide a quote or price for repairs then charge like a wounded bull.

It's no good telling your customers that dry cleaning something won't get the stain or smell out after you've done the work and taken payment. Either be honest up front and don't take the job, do the job properly, or admit when you've not lived up to expectations and don't charge for the job.

"Unfortunately, no dry cleaner can 100% guarantee that all stains and odours will come out."

Understood, but we came back with our duvet that for all intents and purposes is as dirty and smelly as when we first dropped if off, the response was "Well, something like that won't come clean with our dry cleaning system."

"You’re always more than welcome to address the issue in store where we can discuss further options."

We tried that, and the only option we were given was "take you business elsewhere", so we have.

Wanted one jacket pocket repaired with specific instrictions not to open the lining very much and recieved the jacket with 2 large openings sewed back together roughly with loose threads. I would like a refung but no contact us email on website

Did not read the dress instructions correctly. Ruined my dress and I received horrible customer service.
