Bayside Centre in Frankston has been an iconic and essential part of the CBD of the suburb. Owned and operated by Vicinity Centres, the stores you want. The amenities you expect. An environment you won’t want to leave. You’ll find them in the Vicinity.
From your favourite local to retail centres that can compete on any international stage, Vicinity aims to enrich the communities we serve with the experience they need. It's a great centre to find most things you'd be looking for.

Im not usually a big fan of the Bayside shops, however i lost my parking ticket AFTER i had paid for it. I was 100% expecting to have to pay the $15 for a lost ticket. Howevercthe lady looked up my payment and it was not an issue. Very pleased with this experience.

Bayside is a great shopping centre. Big enough and with all relevant outlets. May be? the parking area needs a revamp as it looks "tired and tatty". Security is there and very much needed as every now and then some dubious characters are wondering around. We love shopping in Bayside Centre!

I've been here dozens of times over the years and have always had a successful shopping trip. So many stores to choose from, my girlfriend always manages to find some clothes she likes. Heaps of places to eat from as well which is nice. I have to say there is a handmade chocolates stall near some escalators which you just have to try, they are incredible. Also there are always plenty of carparks to choose from so isn't much of a hassle.

I love shopping here but the parking makes it a very expensive day out if you intend to spend a whole day out with your family grocery shopping, eating out and simply browsing.
The car park is dirty narrow and dimly lit and as previously mentioned very expensive.

So busy but we were able to find parking. Free parking on Sundays. We find the green grocer here has great value, then there's all the major shopping centres.

This is a smaller and therefore a quieter shopping centre compared to others in the area eg Southland. It has most things you would need and so sometimes l prefer to shop here.

Bayside has been my preferred shopping center all my life. It has almost everything you could need. A lot of stores in the center have been shut lately because of Covid but all of the food stores are open till late & some of the shoe/clothing stores are also still open.

Great range of shops, unfortunately lately most of the shops have been disappearing.. Wish they would clean up the station that's so close to the shopping centre though as there's always scumbags hanging around

Great, I love the website where you can look up live updates on how busy it is when you're looking at going—a good selection of stores.

Good parking facilities. Free parking on Sundays. Spend $30 at Aldi and have your parking ticket validated for the first hour free.

The Beach and Cafes are nice. However increasingly More expensive. Major Divide between the haves n have nots. And with so much hidden culture that Constrasts Vastly between Daylight and Dark.
The Mornington Peninsula has become 'pop culture' iconic.
Something to interest and or disgust everybody.
* I represent the Local Peninsula people behind all the glamore and greed.
The 50℅ of the population that have been here for Generations and have the culture and history on their land and farms.. and will do anything to preserve some of that before its all destroyed or dies of with them.
Largely made of mature age persons.. many are losing their properties simply through their old age and in ability maintain independant living.. but largely also usually to the greed of someone else.
Some just 'need a hand' and thats why were here!

Bayside has everything in a great big mall on three levels with a huge food court. Myer are the main retailers backed up by all the usual brand stores. Great shopping.
