I have a suede jacket that was grubby and they made a great job of cleaning it. It’s not spotless but I feel good wearing it now!! Cheaper than I thought it would be too.

we have been there numerous times for suit hire and cleaning.......have never had any complaints in fact their service was outstanding....nothing was too hard when we did the hiring

Not professional and gave a coat to clean when received it there was still hairs and dust around it! Then it smell of chemicals as well never again!

Unprofessional, unreliable and very disappointing. Took a Carla Zampatti suit for dry cleaning and it wasn’t ready, then given the wrong jacket. I was very upset and then they searched for my items. The receipt stated “mens white suit” when it was a woman’s designer suit. I would not trust this company and not recommend. Asked for my suit back and took elsewhere. This is the first time I have left a negative google review although I felt it was important so it doesn’t happen again.

The worst attempt at cleaning my sheepskin rug. Charged $118 for it to come back looking shabby, NOT CLEAN and smelling of toxic fake fragrance that causes a headache just to sit on the rug.
I don’t think he even did anything to clean it… just sprayed it with fragrance.

I spent a fortune on having my wedding dress cleaned here and although it was perfect when picking up & I aired it every few months after cleaning, approximately a year later it had a horrible brown stain down the front. I took it to another dry cleaner only to find out that only the bottom of my dress had ever been dry cleaned. As my dress appeared quite clean prior to dry cleaning it seems Chehade cut corners by only bothering to clean the very bottom of the dress! I would recommend never using these people! Very disappointing for such an important item.

Worst dry cleaners ever! &39 to clean 3 jackets all 3 not cleaned properly in fact 1 had marks on it that weren’t there when I dropped it off!!🤬not pressed properly either 🤬🤬. So have had to drop them to another cleaner & pay a further $42…
Last year they wrecked a very expensive jacket, I should never have given them a second chance! & not even an offer of a refund 😡😡. Take your clothes elsewhere

Woolen blanket returned absolutely covered in pet hair (none of which was a colour of a dog I know). Blanket stains had been removed so it was actually cleaned, but I now have to remove all the pet hair myself. Very disappointing especially when the gentleman told me it had ruined his machine trying to clean the blanket like it was my fault. Definitely would not use this business again and would not encourage others to do so either.

I would rate chehade dry cleaners zero stars if I could but unfortunately I can't. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and customer service provided by chehade. I have recently had a suite worth $1000, dry cleaned from them and when returned the suite pants and jacket were scorched. There are little burnt holes all throughout the pants and the collar of the jacket has a long scorch mark along it. Not to mention the rude customer service provided. As soon as you enter you are barely greeted and when you are spoken to it is in a short, rude and sarcastic manner. Definitely do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. Save all your garments and take them to a place that is probably cheaper and have a higher quality of service and care.

I put my trust in them for an expensive formal garmet and they let me down. Destryoing it with holes all over that cannot be repaired. Chehade Bros completely ruined my special day and havent done anything about it besides denying their mistake and not taking responsibility for their actions. Do not reccommend to anyone who needs their garmet professionally dry cleaned.

wow. almost amused by how rude the customer service is. called up to figure out how much it costs to get a couple suits dry cleaned and was greeted by sarcastic aggressive remarks about how busy they were today. suffice to say I didn't get as far as using their services. or ever will.

Terrible service. Garments smelt awful on collection, buttons were missing, and clean was incomplete. NEVER returning.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful customer service.
