Great place to go, always friendly and helpful staff, great selection of products.

NOT A COMPLAINT, JUST AN OBSERVATION: Haven’t seen any seriously cool military surplus in any of the Aussie’s stores for a while now, so that’s a bummer. Maybe WW3 will give us a new influx of stuff.

Did a great job advising and helping us secure some tents from other Disposal stores in a timely manner. The store manager and Elli were honest, helpful and great to deal with

The staff at this Aussie disposal Klaus & Katherine were great help with what I needed. I had a 4-person dome tent I purchased a long time ago from aussie disposal in Cheltenham which is gone now, & I looked on google and saw there are not many Aussie disposal left to go to also. I had been to other camping places to find what I needed but they did not have what I wanted. When I went to aussie disposal in Ferntree gully, they had the same black replacement fiberglass poles what I was looking for & they had all other kinds of previous fiberglass poles from tents they use to sell also which you can purchase from them. Klaus was able to replace my black crack fiberglass pole with the same I previous had well done Klaus. I was going camping that weekend up at Wandong in Victoria, so I was very lucky to get it fixed by Klaus just in time. Katherine was great to help me also.
I had no problems with my dome tent when I was camping at wandong on that weekend.
I will be differently going back to Aussie disposal again in Ferntree gully Thank you again Klaus & Katherine.

This was seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced in a camp store. Both of the staff went out of their way to help, offer suggestions, show us a variety of produce of various prices. It was an example of knowledgeable people with years of experience, making the time to help. there was a nice range of products available at competitive prices, but I would go back again, and highly recommend a visit, just because of the customer service!

Went in today to exchange a shirt I'd purchased for someone as a gift. Exchanged it for the larger size and took it out to my daughter who was waiting in the car. Still too small. Came back in and asked if I could get a man's size - staff were so gracious despite my messing them about so much. Will definitely be back - very impressed and thanks for your patience!

Prices are very reasonable. A large variety of everything! Electrical goods are checked by an electrician. The furniture is down stairs in the mall, also very cheap. Refrigerators, washing machines..antiques. Each day items are put out..childrens clothes, shoes, toys. Books, plenty of yarn and hobby craft items. Tools and for the shed items.The very friendly volunteers are dedicated and put many hours to keep the Op Shop running in a friendly and professional manner. A must to check out. I personally love this op shop so I guess I'll be biased:)

The store is well laid out and things are easy to find. Both staff I saw today were very helpful and polite. I ordered click and collect, it was ready and collection was simple.

I received excellent service when I purchased my new camping gear last week at the Ferntree Gully Store.
I popped into the opposition next door to compare prices however I found the staff uninterested and didnt acknowledge my presence in the store as I browsed for 15 minutes.
I found Eliza and the team at Aussie Disposals to be very helpful and understanding of my requirements. I will look to Aussie Disposals ftg the next time I head out on My next big adventure as they had a large range.
I will recommend the Ferntree Gully store to all my family and friends.

I was in and out of Aussie Disposals within five minutes. You knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. I was very impressed with you and also the Manager, Will. Highly recommend this store and staff.

Went in to get gas cans for a camping stove. The guy went straight to them, perfect fit.

Packed with a plethora of things that is bound to excite even the most discerning outdoorsman. I would literally be stoked with anything in that store if I got it as a Xmas gift.

Had great stock .went in to buy some boots ended up buying half the shop .the gentleman of Philippines decent was outstanding and his younger counterpart were outstanding in customer service .great shop

Extremely competitive prices, the right products but perhaps most importantly the best customer service by Will and the team, putting in the extra effort over the time I was in and out looking at car fridges on and off
