I went in this shop and was welcomed by the owners assistant, I wanted to get a necklace but it was fake and would tarnish but so on I paid $50 and I had a think and that’s just too expense I’ve for something from cotton on, I asked for a refund, I got it after asking 3 times, the old woman who I assume is the owner told me never to come back and verbally abused me as I walked out of the shop, she said never come back and gave me the finger, don’t go in this shop, the owner does not care about the customer, I am absolutely shocked at how unprofessional and confrontational she was. Will not be returning, but as she said with her *middle finger* up at me to “never come back” so I guess I won’t be anyway
