One of my favourite bubble milk tea. Highly recommend the Thai milk tea, and I like mine just as it is, without any pearls, nor extra condiments. Taste like authentic Thai milk tea. Make sure you have a membership, as I believe you can get perks. Keep up the good work guys.

What can I say, it is like other chatime place but more busier and long queue but quick service though. I normally use the self service. If they can only add a order number system than calling your name. It would be a beneficial. But anyways mango milk tea and and mango fruit tea absolutely awesome this summer weather.

Delicious tea in compostable cups! I would recommend the jasmine milk tea with pearls, earl gray or cookies & cream.

Last time I visited here there were around four staff working, I tried some of my hot jasmine milk tea and noticed it was lukewarm- not hot. A staff member then offered to reheat it for me and was quite adamant about it. I appreciated it and allowed it, as I wasn't in a rush.

The kiosk addition helps a lot, though I am very confused why there is a separate listing for "jasmine milk tea with pearls" when there is already a "jasmine milk tea" listing where you add pearls on the next selection menu.

Overall, very delicious tea and a lot of variety to choose from.

Went to chatime rundle place as I usually go to the other chatime stores across Adelaide but on December 16th I thought to stepped by and grabbed a bubble tea. As the line was small so I grabbed my drink. As everyone says it gets busy at this store but not yesterday as it was quite when I went there to purchase my drink.

I always love chatime as the drinks section is amazing and there is heaps variety of drinks to choose from.

I choose Apple green tea with Apple Pearls as it was delicious and refreshing for a hot day we are going through all this week here in Adelaide.

Will be back again soon for another drink or two

The tea is very nice. One of my go to bubble tea places, however it is so popular, there is always a very long wait. Nonetheless, it is one of my favourite bubble tea places.

Update: Increased rating and review after consistently great service Great Chatime store. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient and the teas are always well made and good. At times the store can get quite busy, with a long line and then a long waiting time for your drink.

There is a small waiting area, but it fills up quickly during peak hours. The seating area has cup holders as if it was designed for drinking at the shop, but it's hardly ever the case that you would want to sit there to drink, because it gets too busy and crowded. I would recommend they make more of that space available to waiting patrons.

I love, love, love Chatime and am so excited that it has opened in Rundle Place. Their pearls are always cooked to perfection and have a slight sweetness to them.

The staff are very generous with the amount of toppings they put into each cup, which means I have extra pearls and lychee jelly to munch on after I have finished my tea.

I love that the sweetness of the tea can be adjusted so that my daughter can enjoy her herbal jelly tea with half the amount of sugar added.

There are so many flavours and different toppings to choose from. Can't wait to try them all! My current favorites are the guava and grapefruit black fruity teas.

This place is amazing. They have shaken my tastebuds like a smoothie criminal. The Philly cream drinks they do are to die for. I happen to make up up a strawberries and cream bubble drink. Get creative, the menu lets you have a lot of fun. You do have tea options as well. Just try them before you judge, it is so easy to judge by eye.

Excellent customer service with best ice tea variety in menu. Highly recommended place to visit when in rundle mall. 👍

Always good service, the beverages are always awesomely tasty, especially when it's a hot day and you are looking for something refreshing to drink. Also FYI when there are line ups you never need to wait too long, staff are always efficient and diligent.

The tea is good but the best thing is that they use compostable cups unlike most places.
