I have been here twice now. The first time to have a towbar fitted, and then to have an Anderson plug fitted. In both cases the service has been excellent, prompt and efficient. Their price is better than anywhere else. The towbar is visually superior to other after-market towbars, and the plug was installed within two hours.

Wow, what a fantastic company, friendly service, easy to book car in for towbar fit. Awesome price , the finish on the towbar (fitted to 2019 ford escape) looks so neat and tidy, couldn't be happier with finished product. Top service from a very helpful company. I mostly dealt with the receptionist, sales lady today, I could not recommend her more, she was ever so helpful, courteous and kind. I feel she went beyond her normal efforts to make sure I was acknowledged and continued to apologise for the wait as they were busy in the shop front.
The serviceman who attended to me with my tow bar was also polite and helpful with a few "fitment tips" and answered a number of questions as due to them being busy I would be fitting the tow bar myself.
Thank you for the wonderful service and making sure I was knowledgeable enough to perform the fitting.

Great price and quick installation with friendly, professional guys. About an hour install time and ~$100 mobile install fee without leaving home makes it hassle free.

Great after sales service. 2 years ago I had a Allin Towbar fitted without any problems until recently when all electrical stopped on the trailer, I was unable to find the problem and called for help. Very helpful on the phone and even more helpful on site, problem was a blown fuse, this was fixed quickly and at NO CHARGE. Thanks.
