Australia Post - Two Wells LPO

New owners since around March 2023 and the difference is like night and day. Friendly, helpful, will go out of their way to help if you need it. They work hard to keep their queue down which is nice, you don’t get that in many places. Usually you just have to wait.

Ok, so you all know I work here, so maybe I am biased, but the difference we've seen from customers has been night and day since Andy and Abbie have taken over. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and look forward to welcoming new faces to our small LPO.

I've been a customer of the post office for 30+ years now and finally it has people behind the counter who care about the customers and are doing a great job to build the reputation again

Great post office. Dereck is a good bloke, just can take some time to warm up to you. After a year here, he remember our names and box number, and is always friendly.
If people say he is rude, it's most likely because they themselves were rude.

We have been dealing with Derek from Two Wells since we moved here, 11 years ago now and from day 1, he has been great to deal with. He always smiles, laughs and has a joke (I have a twisted sense of humour myself) . I enjoy dropping in and even shouting out hello as we walk by. :)
