MercyCare Early Learning Centre Banksia Grove

We switched from another local centre to MercyCare Banksia Grove and it was the best decision we've made. My daughter has struggled with daycare adjustment in general and MercyCare BG have been AMAZING in helping her settle in and build relationships with her educators. We have gone from meltdowns at drop off and pick up and refusing to sleep, to my daughter happily walking through the doors, greeting the staff happily and sitting down for morning tea with her friends. It is all thanks to the attention, care and patience from the wonderful staff. I am so grateful to be a part of this centre and 100% recommend it, particularly if you have struggled so far with the daycare adjustment.

Absolutely love our extended family at MercyCare Early Leaning Centre in Banksia Grove. My 5 year old still asks to go back to daycare even though he is now full time in school. The daily updates on the app are amazing! I love being able to see all the fun my 2 year old is having! Gives me great peace of mind that he is happy and having a great time with all his friends and caretakers. Everyone is friendly and go above and beyond for our babies!

Both my daughter and son attend Mercy care Banksia Grove. We cannot thank everyone enough for their wonderful service. Kelly the centre manager was extremly helpful from the moment I first contacted her until now. All the educators are friendly and welcoming and genuinely caring towards every single kid. You do feel the energy the moment you go in. My daughter's been home for 3 whole years and we cannot believe how much she started liking the day care in such a short amount of time and it sure speaks volume of how quality their service is and I didn't have to think twice to enroll my son who is also settled in at the baby room in such a short time. We cannot recommend them enough.

I was so worried about finding a daycare I trusted and my daughter liked, but I was instantly put at ease with how lovely and down to earth the educators are. My daughter runs into daycare and has a great time. It's so nice to receive photo and video updates throughout the day, seeing them enjoy themselves. The outdoor play area is great and every morning new toys and scenarios are set up. I would hate to have to take her anywhere else.

My daughter as been attending Mercycare banksia grove for over a year now and loves it. Kelly and her team are just fabulous, keeping you updated throughout the day with photos and messages on the app. They are approachable with any concerns or worries. Buttercup and shaggy (the Guinean pigs) are great welcoming buddies who get to sleep over on weekends too.
Mercycare Banksia grove make you feel apart of a big supportive family network and I look forward to my daughter to continue her care with the team.

My son has been going here for 1.5 years now. Leaving him was the hardest thing i did but the staff made all the difference. They are exceptional, my son is happy, making friends and learning so much. The centre itself is also fantastic, clean and up to date. Playground is also amazing!

My child has been attending for almost a year now, I am very pleased with the service, they provide daily updates and a wide range of activities throughout the day.

I receive updates on my child throughout day and feedback when I collect. If I have any concerned Kelly is very approachable and accommodating to our family needs.

The place is clean, fresh with a lovely outdoor climbing frame and water play area. They also have a small veggie patch for the children to learn and grow.

My son has been attending since MercyCare Banksia Grove first opened in 2019.
He generally doesn’t like to be away from me, but is excited to attend his “school days”. This is reassuring to see he’s happy to leave me and a reflection on the staff and centre making him feel happy, comfortable & safe. :)

I love MC Banksia Grove and all the staff!
They are accommodating, understanding and really take a personal approach. No matter how big or how small my request is, they always do all they can to make sure my child's need is met

My son attended pre covid, and was in nursery, he finally got settled and was having fun days, good naps and loved his educators. Then covid hit, 6 months of one on one with me, he was super clingy and didn't like me out of his sight. I was nervous but excited for him to attend again. The educators have once again made his transition away from his mumma as seamless as possible. They are truly apart of our family now.
He now has such a great day, playing, learning and being creative. I get updates on naps, food and nappies as well as a handover with the educators when I pick him up, of which we have plenty of time for because he doesn't want to leave 😂
I have never felt uncomfortable leaving him and have always been confident that he is in a loving and caring environment. The team at BGMC are outstanding and I will never be able to thank them enough for all they do.

What a beautiful daycare! We had used 2 others and this one has definitely been the best. My son loves going and the staff are always accommodating and caring. Highly recommend

I am absolutely amaze by the educators at Mercy Care. My daugther loves it. Only took 2 weeks to adapt. The place is new and clean, food is amazing, and the staff is exellent.

This place is great for my kids . Would like to share my lil story ,they run out of baby formula for my child as that was our mistake forgot to put new tin in the bag(please no jugments) .They rung us but my wife was at work and i am a FiFo worker i was miles n miles away i was feeling helpless after getting a call from them .That is precricped formula by Doctor .I am so greatfull that one of the staff member went to the pharmcay where we bought that tin and requested for the new tin . Wow just wow that was out of courtsy . What a great effort and prove that humanity still exsit on planet . I had tears in my eyes when i found out about this .This is also a great insprition and motivation for myslef and my family to help others regardless any awards . Thank for your time whoever is reading this and also Much appreciated to whole Team Mercy Care . 😊😊

The team always go above and beyond and make you feel comfortable with the way care and make our child feel safe happy and cares for and I couldn’t think of a better place to send our child and he has the best days playing and learning and making new friends
