After experiencing an exasperating 2 years in Melbourne, Vic lockdown over Covid-19, we decided to do a knockdown-rebuild on an old holiday home we had in the seaside town of Inverloch Vic. After scrutinising other builders we decided on Hotondo Inverloch to build our dream holiday home. It is the best decision we have ever made! Trent & Caroline run a reliable, professional business and they, and their team where a delight to deal with. They help us on every step of the development, from building design, options, interior details and cost estimates. The building process was exemplary and we were constantly informed on the build progress. There was a slight delay to completion, and this was due to Covid issues. The whole team run a spotless clean build site, which is reassuring to any owner and shows the attention to detail that the Hotondo Inverloch team take with their projects. Thankyou Hotondo Inverloch for making the building process comfortable and stress free. We highly recommended these builders.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the environmental overlays regarding building in Venus Bay. Non of the alterations regarding changes to floor plan layout we discussed with Caroline seem to be too much of an issue. It is a real pleasure dealing with these people. We look forward to commencing a build with Hotondo Inverloch during 2021.
