Attuned Relationships

I met Vanessa two years ago when I was working as a creche worker. In 2018 I started working with her as a playgroup facilitator in a community based program where she was the coordinator supervising my work. Honestly I feel so lucky I met her. Vanessa was a kind, caring, and supportive supervisor. I felt I could talk to her about any concerns I had about my work with the families. I noticed she was always available to support and listen to parents and their children. For me as an educator, when I worked with Vanessa she was always the person who filled my cup; and she is still there for me even though we don’t work together anymore. I have four teenagers and whenever I need to talk or have concerns I share it with her. Vanessa believes in me, always listens and supports me to maintain my relationship with my children. I Highly recommend Vanessa and her services to parents and people who work with babies and children.

I am tremendously grateful for Attuned Relationships. Having reflective supervision with them throughout the year has made all the difference in my practice as an early childhood educator. Going into any conversation, I feel safe. Coming out of any conversation, I feel renewed and fulfilled.
