I have had a lot of trouble with BOQ's online systems and contact centres in the past, but the staff at this branch today were amazing.
Tara was so lovely and really helped me out despite a very awkward and amusing situation I'd been in with the online team earlier!

Awesome building built with high tech security and the views are set to natural lighting and environmentally and eco friendly design.

I had to wait over 90 minutes to ask questions over the phone. This was incredibly disappointing. They don't have a callback system, and it seems they have no respect for customers' time even though we pay high interest rates to the bank. They should invest their money wisely with smart strategies to improve their services. This strikes me as a lazy company with no spirit of continuous improvement. They need to implement Kaizen principles.

BOQ is a joke. Their online app barely works. To initiate a transaction takes 3 times as long as with other bank apps. The only way to update details is to call and wait 45 min to speak to someone where elsewhere I can do it online in less than 5 minutes. I thoroughly dread dealing with them and will move to a better bank asap.
