What a great fresh store ! I was genuinely surprised at what a large and clean, well stocked store this is. It was easy to locate everything we needed and were able to checkout without waiting.

Good shopping centre plenty of shops. A cute little reindeer called Max to keep the kids entertained.

Store 97%had stock I went 4. No ginger beer cans again travelled 40 mins but got everything else. Staff excellent couldn't do enough 4 you.

Hi wonderful staff at Coles Warwick! you are fabulous especially the pickers who put together orders for our fortnightly delivery....I have taken a while to work my way through your new ordering system from lists, ensuring a time slot, edits, and delivery options....I have lived in remote situations on and off during my 78 years around the sun and there are always problems with distance, spillage, squashing, substitutions etc when mail order etc is required...I order each 2 weeks, you have enabled my weird needs all the way...like 6 or 8 litrs of Norco milk, not 2x3litres, not another brand just Norco, 3 litres won't fit in my fridge or freezer, and are too heavy for me to manage! my explanation was met with polite and lovely replies....I am so happy with Coles value Coles Care and Coles Drivers in JOCK! and with the paper bags changeover and with your specials... when I do get into the store I love the Coles Magazine as I am a CWA Country Kitchens Facilitator and love your budget-easy recipes! i never use this shop a lot, yesterday i did the staff are very friendly, try very hard to help you whenever they can, i have to say i am a woolies shopper and get the points of my shopping whenever i can, hopefully coles will bring out a same card to gather points, shop always looks very neat, staff are very friendly, i actually like the shopping experience here

Great service has everything

I mostly find what I want at a reasonable price, but just as importantly the staff are always cheerful and very helpful and that very important to me .

The recent renovations provide some much needed improvements to the store. It is now much easier to navigate and has more space in the aisles, this all makes the shopping experience at this store much easier. Stock is still somewhat of an issue as the fruit is often of a subpar quality.

Coles Warwick excellent Store, the best fruit and veggies I have seen in a Coles store wonderfully displayed, fresh, clean department A manager that takes a lot of pride in her work and it clearly shows. I was actually served by her on the registers also. Very friendly welcoming person as well as other staff members. Bakery also had an excellent display and very fresh the whole store is very good. Just a bit of a shame some of the younger staff need to take a look and learn from the older ones. At the end of the day if you don't like what you are doing, go and get another job. Customers are the life blood of the stores and if you don't want to be willing to serve and do it with a ☺ then you really need to move on. Other than that I was very impressed and trust me that takes a lot to do. Cheers

Love shopping at Cole's Warwick, staff are great! Shop has a wide variety of products which I love, pricing is fair.
Shop is always clean and tidy, store layout is great and easy to find things especially when you're in a hurry.

Plenty of space, clear signage, recommendation to wear a mask while shopping (which I did ), good specials, trend towards healthy alternatives with consideration of animal welfare, checkout-service over and above - well done Kaleb!
