Could not fault Redshaw Plumbing. They got done what they needed to do, even overcoming several obstacles along the way. Good quality work and great price 👍. I dealt with 4 plumbers on this particular job , and all were very professional and kept me informed along the way as to what was happening. Will definitely use them again. 10/10 😊

The issue was remedied, they reached out and promptly refunded the fee that was originally not disclosed. It seems it was a genuine mistake and I am happy to correct my rating. Honestly, they were prompt and efficient with their work.

They were prompt in attending my property, but the call out fee was a bit more than I expected and was not disclosed up front. The quote was also higher than I expected for the work that was needed. It's a shame, as they are somewhat local to my property and due to its age, I need a decent plumber.

Redshaw plumbing have now been out to our home here in Esk three times at our request and we cannot be happier with the quality of their work and the friendliness of the whole team. We can now say that our plumbing will probably outlast us. The work they carried out has stopped flooding under our house during heavy downpours, our new water tank is working a treat as well as the rest of our plumbing which has now been completely replaced.
We are very happy and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Communication was consistent so I knew when to expect them. The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. He also showed me how I can fix it myself next time if needed, which was appreciated! Great service and highly recommend using if you’re in Lockyer Valley 👍🏻

Being new to the area I wasn't familiar with the local service providers. Took a punt on Redshaw and do not regret it. Have used them twice now and both times they have responded swiftly, and their agent has been prompt, courteous and efficient.
