Kite Addiction

After waiting months for the arrival of the new JP boards at my Melbourne store, I saw Kite Addiction already had them in stock! When I called to enquire, Daniel said, "Yeah, we air freighted some in, that why we have them first."
I cancelled my local pre-order and Daniel agreed to do his best to ship that same day, and what's more, threw in a few connecting bolts at no charge.
This sort of service and going 'the extra mile 'to get me on the water sooner was fantastic, and prompted me to write a review. Couldn't hope for a better shopping experience and smooth transaction and low cost fast shipping. Thanks Daniel - Dean Simpson

Found them super easy to deal with kept me informed, I do not live near by He helped me big style organizing pick up and stuff for me. big big thank you guys I highly recommend Dan and the team. The Kite Pump they sent takes his time pumping them up for me !

Great selection of new and second hand gear. Plus awesome information for kiting locations in WA. The gear that was recommended worked very well for me. Great location, you don't have to drive hours south or north as it's easily accessible in Myaree.

Saved my neck - took my bar in to ask if they could just check I'd replaced a part correctly, Dan spotted I'd reattached the lines incorrectly, the safety wouldn't have worked - he corrected this free of charge. 2 hrs later kiting at Woodies beach 3, come under the kite in a jump, kite inverts and I pull the safety - I had a short swim to the beach rather than a place on the news - thanks
