I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Collezione and found my dream dress on my first visit! Jo was incredibly efficient and experienced. I greatly appreciated her guidance and support. She was non-judgmental about my budget and timeline, doing everything she could to help me find the perfect dress within my parameters. Truly 5-star service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Collezione Bridal Couture to select my wedding dress and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. Jo was my consultant and she went above and beyond to make sure that I found my dream dress. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for.

The store itself is beautiful with a sense of calmness and a wide range of stunning dresses to choose from. What I appreciated the most was the privacy provided by the store, away from other bridal parties. Jo made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and even made some great recommendations that I hadn't considered before. Lo and behold I selected her recommendation.

Overall, I cannot recommend Collezione Bridal Couture enough, and especially Jo for her amazing service. I can't wait to feel like a princess on my wedding day and I have Jo to thank for helping me find the perfect dress. Thank you so much!

Had such a great experience at Collezione where I found my dream wedding dress! Amelia was so helpful in helping me try on and select my dress, and with follow up appointments. Diala was incredible in helping with my alterations, which ended up being quite extensive. I went to a few places to get quotes for alterations and most of them told me it couldn’t be done, but nothing was too much for Diala! It turned out absolutely perfectly and I can’t thank you all enough 🥰

To the ladies at Collezione Bridal my dress was perfect and my wedding day was even more perfect. Great service and advice and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend 🥰

I had one of the best wedding dress shopping experiences with Collezione. Amelia was amazing, I felt special because, they made sure that our first appt was a private one, Amelia listened to all my concerns, and accomodated all my needs. It was wonderful.

I really couldn't fault the service at this store. They made choosing my dress such a positive experience (and I don't particularly like shopping!). The assistant, Amelia, was excellent. Very friendly and able to hold an easy conversation while you're standing there close to naked as she clips you into each dress! I absolutely love my dress, and found the range in store to be much wider than any of the other stores I looked in. They had all sorts, not just the latest fashion, and the prices seemed very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to any friends or family looking to buy their wedding dress!

Ladies at Collezione made my experience so lovely, they were friendly and patient. Alterations were also amazing. I took my dress home last week and when trying on for my hair trial noticed the waist was a bit loose, they were very understanding and booked me an appointment a couple days later to fit in one last alteration before my wedding next week. Highly recommend!

I had been to a number of bridal stores and my experience at Collezione was by far the best. We had a private appointment on the weekend and had the whole store to ourselves. Ryoko looked after myself, mum and sister so well - having a glass of sparkling on arrival and letting us roam the store and pull out dresses. I found my perfect dress there and couldn't recommend the place enough, really fantastic customer service! Thank you for making my wedding dress shopping such a relaxed and fun experience.

Popped the champagne with my girls and having fun trying on dresses and felt so easy, comfortable and no time restrictions or limit to how many dresses. Amelia supported my daughter throughout the choosing of her dress and accessories. I have never met a person as kind and supportive as her. Nothing was ever too much. Collezione was the first bridal store I went to. I had no idea what to expect, what to do or how I would look and/or feel however Amelia put me at ease straight away. She sat me down and asked about me, about our wedding and about my vision. Not only did she take the time to get to know me, she also took the time to speak with, and to make this experience just as special for my mum - Amelia really provided an experience that truly made this moment, or this event, feel momentous, important and truly special - like it should.

It was also a bittersweet time for me, while I was fortunate to be sharing this moment with my mum, sadly my sisters were unable to be with me due to living in NSW - Not to worry though, Amelia kindly advised that it would be no problem to facetime with them! She even held the phone for my mum, and videoed with my sisters to get the best views, angles and close ups!! She also knows her dresses so well, so when it came to completing the look she knew what to do so you could get a really good idea of how you looked from the front, side and back and you could really get a feel of how you would look on the day.

Her experience and passion is an absolute credit to not only her, but Collezione - which, I should add, have an amazing selection of beautiful gowns to bring your vision to life!

Amelia made my appointment feel special and I did have a "this could be THE dress" moment. Unfortunately I did find my dress with another store however her service, attention to detail and her genuine interest in helping you find your dress was unrivalled and is absolutely worthy of a 5 star review.

Thank you Amelia for setting an expectation that exceeded all others, and for giving me the confidence and surety that I would find my dress, wherever that may have been <3

Had such a great experience at this boutique! All the staff members that assisted me were so helpful, friendly and supportive, superb customer service. There are so many stunning dresses to choose from as well, and its a beautifully organised boutique. Very happy to have said yes to the dress, thanks again ladies!

My stylist was Ryoko who worked on Saturday. She was very professional and attentive, the way she helps dress you makes you feel very comfortable and not awkward at all!! I have been to other places where they just hand you the dress and with big wedding dresses they are not easy to put on.
But Ryoko was amazing and lovely.
Definitely recommend this place!!

Couldn't of been happier with the seamstress queen & all round team at Collezione Bridal for the very own A line variation on my Sheena dress. Even up until the last minute the girls offered to sew a simple organza pocket for me inside my dress to hold a photograph of my father for me. Highly recommend.

Could not have enjoyed our experience more, Amelia made it an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in to saying yes to the dress will be a fond memory. We were able to book multiple appointments at Collezione to ensure the dress was the right one for our special day. Cannot wait to walk down the isle with a dress that has been made to suit my style.
