Bunnings Craigieburn

Honestly speaking, my this review is especially for Craigieburn Hardware Cafe located inside Bunnings craigieburn.

I went to Bunnings for some stuff. Surprisingly where one struggles to find any staff in Bunnings for help, this Bunnings was full on with staff and was so helpful.

I saw this cafe and got tempted for a coffee. There are many more things on the menu other than coffee. Prices were generous specially the Kids meal for $4.90 in which one gets a sausage roll, colouring book and much more.

There’s a plenty of space to sit on the side of the cafe.
While you sit and enjoy your coffee, kids can play in play in the play area.

Was nice to have a coffee today:)

Updated: they now have extra staff. and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. almost visited them 200 times last year and each time had a good experience.

One of the worst Bunnings, most of the time they out of stock. If you need any help, nobody are there, specially in timber and wood area. Lots of customer there and no staff

I went to Bunnings to buy multiple products regarding my new job most of products new for me and I was not aware of it. But luckly I met a bunnings sale person( Bruno) He was wounderful man. I said to him I have to buy alots of tools but I don't know any thing I just have a list of tools from my school.He helped me for everything and he educate me as well. Thankyou very much (BRUNO) and thanks to Bunnings they haired a Wounderful person.

Has everything I need for the garden and any diy. It's easy to navigate the store and locate the items I need without seeking a staff member. Checkout process is pretty smooth too.

Honestly the best service ever!! Jay from the paint department helped me save my paint colour by adding colours until I got the colour I wanted!! He is so friendly and patient. I nearly bought a whole new paint bucket but thanks to Jay, I didn't have to!! Went from story shadow to camel cord.

Good day I had a battery mower that died lost the invoice thought oh no $400 lost untill I spoke to the best lady manger in the world at Bunnings. LeeAnn said bring it in worries at , I thought wow a to lady in fact Lindsay was the manger he was the best also top service top people top Bunnings. But as for LeeAnn she is the best customer service in my life .she is the best 100 % top person thank you

Big thank you to Leah from gardening section this morning between 10-11am, she was super insightful and so patient with all my questions as a novice gardener. Very thankful for her advice and insight!

I want to express my complete delight and compliments to Julie in the paint department. Julie went above and beyond to help me this morning, I have not had a Customer Service experience like this in well over 20 years. Nothing and I mean nothing was a problem for her.
She went to any lengths to match my unusual paint colour. In-between servicing the many other customers on her own. I am so grateful to her today the rest of my day is going to brighter because of her Service. Bunnings should train everybody else to her high standard. She is Simply The best her expertise put me at ease. So grateful to you Julie. From Michelle.

It's a Bunnings, how can you not give it 5 stars? But seriously, every time I'm here the service is good!

Love Bunning, it doesn't matter what bunnings or where it is, I love bunnings. The guy in the paint section was a great help, very polite. excellent service at the counter, I love seeing people smile it shows me they enjoy their job.

When you need help with your DIY projects or are stuck in your search, the staff has always been there to help. When I required a filter for my tap this time, WAYNE, who was somewhere at Aisle 54, directed me to Aisle 69 and told me what to search for.When I got there, I could see that I was having trouble finding the filter, but to my surprise, Wayne showed up to help and spent his time explaining what would work best for me.He genuinely wanted to assist me and offer excellent service

Most seasoned travellers know..no matter which city ya in..bunnings has heaps of space to lay up ..and pretty sure it's all good with the head office...security is a bonus..

Went here not knowing much on how to build a deck the staff were extremely helpful and and pointed me in the right direction, bonus if they didn’t know something they found out for you just so they could help you awesome place definitely recommend this Bunnings

Yesterday I had exceptional service from young man in the Tile section. I went in to purchase 49 box of tiles and was dreading getting them in my van as I had recently had a back injury. I never mentioned it to Elij@h yet he was super prompt in placing my order in my van for me. This guy is a true asset in customer service especially in a day where it's seldom found. My husband and I had this great Bunnings experience and thought it really needs to be shared. Thank you so much.

Staff have always been able to point me to what I need. When I thought they didn't have what I need a staff member helped me with an alternative project that worked perfectly

One of the biggerst Bunnings!. Veey friendly staff. They got almost everything there! Well organized and neat. Awesome deals, ample parking. Great location.
