Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Queanbeyan - Riverside

If I can say in a few words the wonderful experience I had when attending my appointment at Specsavers Optometrist & Audiology at Queanbeyan Riverside in NSW. From entering the store I had been met with a welcoming staff who were cheerful and polite showing a genuine interest in helping. Firstly the booking in simple and efficient , the offer of the free audio testing and explaining what would happen. Very professionally done although I needed to see the Audiologist as my hearing had deteriorated all again simply and carefully explained. The Audiologist completed a number of tests to ascertain my requirements and explained each step. When the decision to replace my old hearing aides arose the advice was freely given and again carefully explained . His manners and professionalism are to be commended. Next on to the Optician, the high standard of this professional was again outstanding the patience and the faults found with my vision clearly explained, amazing service. Selecting frames has always been my weakness but again with the standard of staff in this department came to the front with help and advice. The pricing structure had been made clear for both Audio and Optometrist, well balanced. In conclusion if every Specsavers store showed this total professionalism from coming through the door to leaving as a very satisfied customer. Then they deserve to be world beaters. The store has been run by Heidi Farrell Watkins congratulations to you on a great store, product but most of all a wonderful team.

Real 5 star customer service. I arrived with a pair of broken frames on a weekend, without an appointment and left 15 minutes later with the glasses replaced under warranty and already fitted in the new frames. The staff here are friendly and focussed on you being happy with a solution that suits you. Highly recommend.

We visit Spec Savers Queanbeyan once a year to try and get the most out of our underutilized private health. Twice now we have had the pleasure of being assisted by Heidi, she is just fabulous! On our most recent visit I took with me my favourite pair of sunglasses that were moments from breaking (just like I had done the first time we met Heidi) without hesitation she went above and beyond to replace my frame for me and helped me choose my newest pair. I can't recommend Heidi and her team enough!

Wow spec savers queanbeyan have had a facelift . I always get a little anxious when it's new glasses time but not any more the staff are extremely professional and comforting I loved that the 3 ladies who helped me all had a variance in opinions but help me decide with patience and the best information on what frames were suitable. I was then served by Heidi with great enthusiasm I felt like a guest at spec savers. Thank you everyone .

Just updated multi focals, readers and sunglasses. Heidi was invaluable in providing advice for best fit and look. A very patient and lovely lady, took the time to explain the differences in type of eyewear to me.

This is the best place for you to find a perfect glasses. All the staff are nice, friendly and amazing. They are always listen, helping and make sure that you are happy with the glasses. The store have a lot of variety of glasses and delivery as well as pick up are so fast. They are amazing. Thank you so much for your care.

I appreciate the fun energy you and your team bring because it makes choosing glasses because it makes choosing frames ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE (crazy, I know)! Additionally, a big thanks to Maureen and Han. You're amazing optoms and when I walk out of your testing rooms, I know what's going on with my eyes because you explain it so simply during our chats in the testing room.

P.s. I also love your new store by the way. The flow of it is incredibly well thought out (you'll understand if you see it), and I really appreciate that you thought about the customer journey while designing it.

I am seriously impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge at this Specsavers store. I am a control freak at the best of times, and yet feel completely comfortable allowing the staff to recommend frames for me. And I have strangers compliment me on my glasses so I know they’re not just trying to make a sale. The optometrists are thorough, professional and caring. I am a repeat customer for good reason. Thank you to all at this store. It’s obvious that it’s managed extremely well as the commitment comes from the top down.

I have been going to the Queanbeyan Specsavers optometrists/store for my eye tests and glasses for more than 5 years now and I rate them as the best in the business (having previously been to a number of their competitors in Canberra and Qbn)! In particular, Heidi and Maureen are both outstanding in their fields. Heidi (the store owner) is a genuinely caring people-person who focuses on the client's needs rather than trying to get a sale. Without fail, she makes me feel like I am a highly valued customer every time I'm in there. Nothing is ever too much trouble! The staff she recruits also seem to share her values and ethics and the vibe of the store is one of genuine customer care, warmth and professionalism. Maureen (the optometrist) is without doubt the best optometrist I have ever been to. She is extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable, with a sense of humour to boot. I trust her 100% in testing my eyesight and with the frank and fearless professional advice she gives. If you can't say the same about your own optometrist and you need new glasses or feel you need your eyes re-tested, do not hesitate to go to the Queanbeyan Specsavers store. You'll be very happy you went there and won't regret it!
