Great team and always have good product. I keep going back and I can’t leave the store without buying something.

Found some good bargains and the stuff was nice. Worth checking out if you need to go to an RMW anyway but if you ask me i wouldn’t go just to look for bargains but RMW fans will appreciate it

I have purchased many quality RM Williams products for myself in the past, & i shall certainly purchase more in the future, my last visit too the Clearance Factory Shop was pleasant, as i purchased & sent some items for my son in law in Germany which he liked.

Bought some quality RMW clothing at greatly reduced prices. I commend the helpful staff, too.

Very attentive staff, willing to help with selection, and checking out back if not in the shopfront.

I have been wearing RM Williams boots all my life. I have recently purchased a pair on-line and have had reason to telephone customer service twice. The first time was to clarify how to determine the correct size. The customer service girl I spoke to was patient and helpful. I still mucked up the size and the second time was to follow up on a return I had made, requesting an exchange with a size smaller. I had neglected to put the correct paper work in the return shipment but they had determined it was mine and once again the girl assisting me was helpful. This is an efficiently run business that ticks all the boxes for customer service and support.

Finally, the boots. Absolutely, positively the most comfortable boots I have ever worn that are incredibly made, worth every cent you pay for them (and they're not cheap). These boots and the company are absolute premium quality.

Thanks goodness Andrew Forrest has purchased the company and returned it to Australian ownership. I can't speak highly enough of RM Williams.

I had a broken belt one morning. The staff was willing to open at 8:53am, for me to urgently buy a belt, so I won't be too late for my meeting at work. Thanks.

Staff are always very good and prices are better than the standard retail. The boots available are supposed to be seconds but the reasons for this are so minor that I am normally unable to find the reason myself, so a good idea to buy here and save some money. If you needed an unusual size or have a particular custom style in mind then I'd probably recommend just going to a standard RM shop and get fitted and order accordingly.

The RM clothes sold here are often also good value as they can be discontinued lines.

Excellent outlet shopping. Fantastic boot prices. Make sure to visit frequently to catch any super specials.

I finally saved and bought my first pair of RMW boots; I got exactly what I was looking for in my size at a pretty good discount ($399 compared to $595 on the website). I'm not sure why they are seconds because I struggle to find any cosmetic issues. For such a physically small store, it's got a fair bit of inventory. There is a lot of boots and more not on show. The nice ladies tending the store were very friendly and Sharon was able to work out what I wanted when I (probably poorly) explained it.
*Edit: after a few tries I found my boots were just a bit too tight, but it was very easy to trade them in for the next size up. Quick, fuss-free process.

Excellent customer service. My son damaged his R.M.Williams at work. Katie Ensor in charge of Product Returns organized an exchange for the damaged boot, and the sole replacement of the other boot, to ensure even step. She was super helpful and followed up my enquiries. Great product!

If you are interested in all the things R.M. Williams produce, this is the ideal store for you. Whether you are after a new pair of boots, jeans, trousers or a couple of new shirts this is where you need to be. The prices are very good and the staff are always there to make your selection a breeze. Great prices and access to some items not held in some stores which makes it an interesting shopping trip. Great selection for Males and Females alike.

Best place in adelaide to buy your RMW boots, if you every get a chance. Try to get a tour of the factory.

I received shoes that were a size too small from the shop, but the manager was excellent and saw that the shoes were adjusted in the factory to fit perfectly.

Great store. High quality clothing that lasts. They have some great special offers. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bought a nice leather wallet with coin pocket. Retail was $100-120, bought it here for $50. The workmanship is pure quality. Five stars.
