Honestly the best customer service. I can’t rate these guys high enough. They go above and beyond for you and they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff here are amazing, they go above and beyond to help out. I just moved from Sydney and I've never experienced such welcoming help from a chemist team before. Really appreciate as a mum with multiple medical conditions!

Amazing customer service! Ryan is incredibly friendly and helpful. On our first visit, he helped us with multiple things - sleep apnea test, COVID vaccine, verifying ID and filling prescriptions. He took his time with us, and even remembered us when we came back the next time. Thank you Ryan and team, we will see you again soon!

Thank you for administering AZ vaccinations. My mum had a great experience today and I’m so pleased she’s fully vaccinated. Her doctor didn’t have any available bookings so it’s great that she could get it done here.

So friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, such a pleasant experience compared to a certain big chain. Sure my scripts will be a little more expensive than that particular chain, but it will be so worth paying that little bit more to be looked after properly. Oh and I love my little SCUBA diving chats with Han......

These guys are amazing literally spoke to The pharmacist in regards to medication and the effects I can have on my body and just getting some reassurance. He was so kind knowledgeable and took the time to speak to me it was fantastic. I recommend you guys going here and I will definitely be moving my scrips over to this pharmacy. Thank you again

Pharmacist (sorry can't remember his name) dispensed a drug I had never used before. He was just brilliant - caring, very knowledgable, pragmatic and not remotely patronising. First time i'd been there - will definitely go back. Staff also lovely and helpful.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful staff who always take time to make sure all your needs are met and questions answered.

The focus here seems to be on health, not just selling you something.

I used to go to the Capital chemist in Palmerston. I was so glad when I found out there was a Capital chemist in Crace so I didn't have to give my business to Tam in Palmerston any longer. Tam is rude, stupid and shouldn't be a pharmacist as he had trouble with basic math skills. Simple addition confused him. I changed pharmacies because I didn't like the staff at Palmerston but I was pleasantly surprised at the extremely friendly staff at Cap. Chemist in Crace. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
