An absolutely incredible experience being looked after by the BCF Townsville staff! Lew was possibly the best greeter I’ve ever met with a wealth of store knowledge and Norms recommendations were without fault!

I’d recommend these two fellas for any of you fishing, camping or hiking needs!

A big thumbs up for customer service - particularly Judy.

After driving from Sydney to the Tip (thanks for the tip re name) I realised I left my "water/reef" shoes at home. Unfortunately my best fitting size Quicksilver shoe was not available. Judy called a store to confirm stock and provided advice for BCFs along the way. As it turned out, per Judy's advice I was able to find my correct shoe size at Innisfail. Thanks so much - amazing customer service.

Wow guys what a cheap place to fill up your 9 kg bottle of gas. And the service is fantastic. It’s the place to go to when you need to go camping and the place to go to when you want to watch reviews on campsite is Oz are the travels on YouTube

Great store.. easy to find and heaps of parking... spend too much time in there... plenty to look at and huge range... got heaps of goodies and a new pair of reef/hiking shoes. Can't wait to try out on our next reef/island fishing/boating trip 🤗 😋 🙌
