I have been their customer for last 4 years. However, I was taken aback when they began levying postage fees on prescribed products that cost over $99, despite their website's claims to the contrary. Despite my attempts to communicate with them and seek clarification, their responses failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue doing business with this pharmacy, which deceived customers by enticing them through false advertising and then overcharge them. It is worth noting that their website still maintains that orders exceeding $99, including prescription items, are exempt from postage fees.
Unfortunately, I received the reply against their email that confirmed charge is newly applied to my order after my question about increase in my order since Dec.
It has never been communicated and it is against what they claim in their website for the order. They should write what condition is it and the online Superpharmacy compounding doesnot follow the same quality and policy as Super pharmacy. It is independent to them
