Had a blocked shower drain and rang Troy to see if he could help and he came over that same day and moved some of his other jobs around so he could come straight away. Fixed the blockage with no problem and also fixed a tap while he was at it! Top bloke and will definitely use again. Thanks mate! 👍🏻

Needed an urgent quote on a job. Troy was very helpful and able to accommodate my limited time frame.

Was prompt. New what he was doing. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I'm very disappointed with the service. Initially I was happy that they successfully detected the leak which was in the shower drainage pipe, which other plumbers we had in the past had failed to do. The solution provided was unsatisfactory. The black resin they put in did not stop the drain leakage completely. This took a while for us to realise, as we have to tell new leakage from old water residue. After paying over $1000 for plumbers, then paying for a new plasterboard, the problem was not fully fixed, and my new plasterboard started to get mouldy again. Repeatedly tried to contact J&B plumbing, they don't pick up phone calls. Once they picked up and promised me to get back to me about coming to fix it, I never heard back from them. Then there is the long wait for car warranty repair so that "they could not work". For real? Regrettably I have to resort to leaving this bad review. Very very disappointed.
