Rokeby Physiotherapy

I was helping care for a friend who had a cervical fusion of 3 vertebrae. His surgeon referred him to Rokeby Physiotherapy Centre. What a horrible experience with a rude, aggressive, unhelpful male physio I phoned with a question as to whether my friend could turn his head left, right & was met with a very hostile man who answered phone as “physio” despite quizzing my name & who I was, didnt give any name. He kept saying “read the sheet “ repeatedly even though there was no information with regard to my question. He cut me off, spoke with hostility and did not want to help in the least.

In fact “the sheet” gave 3 exercises with 10 reps every 3 hours for a week, then 3 x daily for 5 weeks. At the bottom of the sheet after all instructions said “start with half the amount & gradually increase”.

My friend is on high level pain meds & was in intense pain. The physio showed absolutely no regard or consideration for his welfare & was contemptuous & rude. Totally disgusted with his disgraceful attitude.
