We stayed at the Calm cottage which was amazing. Great views, quiet and relaxing area, bed was super comfy. Everything you need to get away from it all. Highly recommend. The complimentary breakfast hamper was also delicious.

Lovely weekend here, we will be back for sure. Stunning location, beautiful accommodation and lovely hosts. If anything the website undersells how lovely and private these cottages are.

Absolutely amazing get away location. Views are beyond stunning and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The cabins are extremely well presented and have everything you may need.
Perfect place to relax and try some of the local restaurants and activities.

Our first time staying in the 'Love' cottage and it did not disappoint. Luxury cottages is definitely not an understatement. From the fluffy bath robes, magnificent spa, bedroom chandelier and complimentary chocolates to the home made bread and cozy fire place there was nothing else we could have asked for. Views are to die for. So peaceful. Owners are very friendly.

Hi, without going over the top, thought I would provide a few comments.
Yes I have stayed here a few times, so know the properties quite well. Seclusion and Privacy second to none, quality and attention to presentation of the cabins outstanding, views especially Calm can take you in to just looking, the other two cabins views are great also. The other side of Melany, so hence the privacy. What else can I say, oh yes, the hosts are so Knowledgeable about the area, they should also be the tourism office. A warm friendly meeting goes a long way, from booking, to arriving, all tick the friendly easy to do button.

Love what you have done to Calm, the upgrade is quality all around.

Wow! Beyond happy with our stay. I was really picky when searching for the right spot to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The Dream Cottage ticked every box and on arrival it did not disappoint. If you want absolute seclusion, indoor spa, log fire, comfy king size bed and breath taking views then this is the place for you. The additional bath on the deck was icing on the cake. Our highlight was bathing under the night sky on the deck. Take lots of food and drink with you as once you get here you wont want to leave. Limited internet and phone reception which is an added bonus.
Book direct on the website rather than one of those online booking engines and get the breakfast hamper. No point in sending 10-15% or more Aussie $$$ to an overseas booking engine then complaining that you didn't get the inclusions advertised on the actual properties website.

My husband and I stay at the love cottage every year for our anniversary and are never disappointed. The hospitality of Julie and Terry are the best of any host I've had to deal with. The love cottage is so beautiful. The location is gorgeous. Though you're not far from the other cottages, due to the gardens that separate them, it feels like you're secluded. All in all, you can make a getaway here your own- bulking down in their beautiful cottages and relaxing or getting out and exploring the town and other towns nearby. Definitely a must do at least once!

My partner & I stayed 3nights in Dream Cottage & loved it.
Heaps of attention to detail in the cottage with just about everything thought of.
Place was very clean & had plenty of towels, shampoo, bath gels & bath robes so as not to have to ask for more.
This has to be the best place we have ever stayed at. If your looking for somewhere to getaway & relax this is it. You can not beat location & plenty to do in area.
Owners Julie & Terry super friendly - included free breakfast ( which wasn’t part of my package) as a treat & also had croissants & fresh baked bread in room on arrival.
We will definitely be going back again as loved how private the cottage is, you don’t have anyone right next door & have try be quiet. We didn’t bump into another guest the whole time we were there.

Just spent the first few days of our honeymoon enjoying the Love cottage. Nestled among palms, figs, and gums above a fog-coated valley, ensconcing ourselves in this delightful abode was the perfect way to recharge after a massive wedding day.

This two story dwelling offers a superb view of the valley below, from either the deck, the bed, or the elegant spa bath, interrupted only intermittently by flights of rainbow lorikeets. Nothing can be heard but birdsong, the crackling of the fire, and the whisper of wind through the trees.

Little touches of the owners' character can be found throughout - cute wall hangings, heart-shaped fairy lights, and a sneaky bathroom message - all themed around the cottages' namesake.

If you're after a mountain getaway and want to hole up for a while, you couldn't do much better than this. After 3 nights of absolutely zero pressure and seclusion from the world, we were as relaxed as we've ever been.

The owners were so hospitable, and took extra- special care knowing it was our honeymoon.

This was a wonderful place to stay. There are three cottages to choose from, 'Love' being the latest renovated, looks out over a valley and you have the sense of being secluded. There are lovely touches throughout the cottage that help make the place feel special. Certainly a most enjoyable experience.

Came across this gem whilst searching for accommodation for a friend's wedding at Tiffany's. Terry was extremely accommodating with us in getting transport to and from the wedding venue which was a massive help and saved alot of hassle getting to and from the venue and he was more than happy to help.

We stayed in the love cottage which had everything you could ask for. A beautiful spa overlooking the valley, dual showers that also looked out onto the valley, a bluetooth speaker that allowed us to play music and even a downstairs with kitchen and fireplace (which it was too warm to use unfortunate).

Glad we called direct to book as Terry made the process extremely easy to book.

Also, the bread was amazing!

Can't wait to come back during the colder months and light up that fireplace and have a romantic getaway!

My little family (3 of us) spent the most amazing relaxing time in one of the excellent cottages (Dream Cottage).
Its a fantastic cottage with amazing views overlooking the far tablelands and fantastic rain forest around the property.

Jullie and Terry couldn't have been more awesome hosts. Julie's home baked bread is to die for (traditional german recipe). Our 10 month old daughter love the bread and kept munching on it. It was so good that I had to make a special request to Julie to make another one for our trip back home.

On the property - You will absolutely see no one around, the place is beautifully kept and maintained and no short of any 5 star boutique resort rooms. The in room spa / king size bed and the best of all Luxurious bath tub on deck overlooking the rainforest was THE BEST. Full cooking amenities provided and needless to say the super luxurious set of house linens and bath towels in place.

Just book once and give this place a shot and you will not regret it.

Location is also fantastic and a very short yet beautiful drive to malaney towncentre for awesome cafe and food / art stalls.

Seriously nothing more to write other than its an Opulence get away which you will thoroughly enjoy and at the same time being very light on the pocket too, lol.

Lovely setting, peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views from the balcony. Spotlessly clean and comfy king size bed. Julie and Terry are great hosts and loved the home bake bread, plus generous breakfast and choccies. Loved the soaker tub on the balcony! Thankyou.

I've stayed there before and I will keep going back, you have everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Spa, wood fire place, huge bed, Weber bbq, ect ect ect. Julie and Terry are the friendliest hosts you could ever meet. I will definitely be going back. Thank You.

Clean,great layout, beautiful view, and the dressing gowns were so fluffy and snug. Terri was very attentive and helpful. Bread yum!

We loved our stay at MLC, it was raining the whole weekend however was one of the greatest weekends we have had. The cottages were clean, tidy and peaceful. Perfect place to unwind and the views are insane. We will be back very soon!
