Alder Tapware

I purchased a tap just over 12 months ago through one of their stockists. Unfortunately it has suffered some minor delamination of the rose gold finishing. Upon contacting Alder through the distributor and advising of the problem, the tap was fixed and replaced within a few days. We understand sometimes individual products have faults, but we can not fault their service - 5 stars and highly recommend, it is nice to see a company that stands by their warranty.

Shower head was somewhat damaged when installed during a renovation for which plumbing company/builder took no responsibility. 5 years later the shower head has split on the side (at least it lasted that long!). Advised Alder of the issue and sent in a warranty claim for the shower head, was reviewed in a timely manner and despite the product being outside of warranty period have agreed to replace the shower head.

You literally cannot ask for more in a situation like this, it's a very rare occurrence in business today! Well done guys and thank you :)

Kerr's plumber was very good, kept us informed as to the time he was coming. He was a very friendly young man, did a great job, we were very happy with his service.

Great range of products and excellent customer service. We purchased from the 'Excite' range for use in our bathrooms. Quick and easy homeowner replacement. No plumber required. Easy installation and a dramatic improvement on our previously installed dated and poor quality shower fittings.

Job was completed with no problems. Even managed to add on a couple more things before they headed out, and they were quick to confirm and organise.
From the receptionist through to their customer service team and then their plumber - they worked around me and my timeframe in a professional manner.

I’ve had great customer service from Alder tapware over the years. I’ve had to contact them regarding a leaking tap and was informed that it was out of warranty, but they still sent me a new cartridge out of goodwill. Very quick postage too
