Border Refrigeration sent young Will to Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery to fix the air conditioning unit in the collection room. The service was very good and Will stayed to nearly 7 pm in order that the unit be fixed. Thanks Will for a great work and fantastic commitment to getting the job don.e

Brilliant service... my grandfathers fridge wasn’t cooling and we were in Goondiwindi ... the people there didn’t want to help, called Border and they were awesome... when we turned up they sorted it right away. Wonderful local company... they should be proud.

Jon said he would have our van fridge fixed and right to go in 4 days. IT WAS which is a rare occurrence these days. He is a nice guy - friendly and upfront.

Negligent installation resulted in major water leakage and damage to the electronics in my loungeroom. No responsibility taken by Border Refrigeration.

you came to give us a quote and technician put in a part without talking to me first, the aircon still doesnt work on heat yet you want $250.the job wasnt done. we still have no heat and your bill includes $160 labour which he was only here 20 mins.ludicrous.i wish i could find a job where id get $160 every twenty minutes wow. never again..and they ignore my messages about it not working
