Great laundromat and having the app allows us to view before coming down if there are any washers or dryers available. The place is always clean unfortunately it’s people using the place that don’t know how to clean up after themselves.

Attention owners: please arrange numbers for the machines that will help people greatly!

Best laundromat going round. The ability to select how I want to wash my clothes is even better and a free drum rinse before I use the machine.

Fantastic laundromat with clean and ample dryers and washers. Just one area of improvement that is glaringly missing - please put some identifying numbers on your machines to match up with that app! Seriously, just head into the hardware store and buy some adhesive numbers, or just print and laminate some! Incredibly frustrating to resort to a guessing game each and every time. Other than that, great facility.

Good laundry & would have given 5 stars however there's no numbers on washers/dryers making things difficult/confusing for first time visitors.

I would give it a 0 possible a minus 0, Me and other people have had our laundry baskets stolen at this laundromat I have tried to call no answer and a text message was sent out no message back even a email was sent no answer even now still no answer regarding me and other people's stolen baskets, they do not care if it is stolen. I also had my laundry placed in a rubbish bag when I came to collect and put my laundry into my basket but to my horror I looked inside the bag and some clothes were missing also this laundromat mat is expensive for a dollar I'd try other laundromats but I would not recommend this one. The owner who comes to do maintenance seems scared of people of different nationalities that are non south Asian it comes across racist and I've seen it not nice indeed. Also the maintenance staff could use a training on how to treat customers because that's also another reason. If you want whar I experience take your laundry and do it another place but this place is definitely not it. Absolutely horrible and disgusting I will not be returning this place will be shutting down soon mark my words.

I'd advise against spending your money at this place when there are much better alternatives nearby. Dealing with their mobile app or the tablet they provide to use the machines is quite a hassle.

To make matters worse, I ended up being charged extra and didn't receive the full value of what I paid for. The owner acknowledged that their machines have issues and attempted to compensate by offering me some free dryer time. However, obtaining that free time was another challenge altogether, and it turned out to be such a headache that I didn't even bother using those complimentary hours.

Notably, the cost is significantly higher compared to other establishments in the vicinity. In all honesty, I don't believe this place justifies the expense, and their machines aren't any better than what you can find elsewhere. Exploring other nearby laundry options would be a wiser choice. I gave this place a couple of chances before writing this review, and unfortunately, it has let me down multiple times, leading to additional complications as well.

The timing on the google was incorrect. In the midnight it was open till around 12:15 and we have put our stuff in the dryer and was waiting outside but around 12:30 the lights went out and it was closed and all our belongings are in there. And it’s not open till 6 am. But i was standing outside at 6 in the morning for my belongings and it’s still not open. And no answering the call and emails. That are given in case for this situation. Never ever gonna come back to this one. And gonna tell people too. About this stuff.
