Great place to shop with very helpful staffs. Had a lovely time chatting with Kate this afternoon. She is very knowledgable and passionate about car, and she carefully guide me through range of care products. Made my shopping lot easier!

There is very friendly and helpful stuff who is Keth( she is female) I know next to nothing about car and my English is not fantastic. She explained about engine oil and she showed me how to fill in . Thank you very much . Definitely I’ll come back in here when I need anything.

Giving 5 stars to the team that was there on Sunday (23/04/23) called first thing when they opened as my starter motor for my Commodore failed on me. They not only had the starter at the store but also were extremely friendly too putting it aside for me until I could come collect it. Cannot be any happier, and especially with the option to afterpay it too helped my wallet even more.

As good as auto shops go you can't go past repco for all your automotive needs. Good discounts for RAC members.
The crew assisted me with some paint. Staff were happy to assist.

Visited this Repco because my car needed a new ignition coil. Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when looking through the available product stock of 3rd-party parts. Additionally, he put the customer's needs first when he recommended I check with another outfit as I had a preference for genuine parts. Auto mechanics are not known for their honesty but Sean is a cut above the rest.

Been here a few times, each time was great. Most recently I went in to buy something that was on sale the day before, and the team as nice enough to give me a discount on the non-sale price, along with providing advice on other products. My go to auto store!

Love this Repco Branch in East Vic Park! Staff always courteous, helpful and so knowledgeable. They appear to stock everything and what they do not have they will gladly order in for you.

I buy lots of products on a regular basis from this store. The staff are extremely helpful very professional, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you as much as they can.
For all you whingering wombats ....get a life! and stop being a spoiled little princess . If one thing doesn't go your way then you want to jump online and absolutely denigrate those poor staff who have to work long hours and put up with your stupid questions and bad attitudes.

The two blokes who served me are absolute legends. Had trouble with a broken fuel cap and they came the tools and a car park to fix it. Customer service is impeccable
