+These gentlemen who works here are exceptionally amazing. The customer service was delivered at its finest where all my requirements are perfectly tailored. These folks also helped me with the form application, carefully checked all details while maintaining a fast pace. Super helpful.

+The location of the shop might not be perfect as it is on busy Port Road, hard to find a free parking and once you drive passed it, you may have to take a long way for U-turn. However, next to the shop, there is a 15 min and 30 mins free parking, (ticket must be displayed on your car to be parked).

+The store presentation could be less fancy compared to other Australia post office branch, but the availabilities of the items are still the same. This is actually a good way of sustainable work; the shop is trying to save energy thus saving the environment. In addition, the items are fairly priced, not too expensive.

+Good attitude and work ethics: I was impressed by a saying of the folk named Fat Ting at that shop: “We always want to help customer as much as possible, so we never say ‘NO’”. This is truly a good attitude at work.

+Keep up the good job, guys.

Never had a bad experience. Been going here for over 5+ years. Staff are always consistent and helpful. The best AusPost outlet in the Western suburbs from my experience.

Have been here a few times, always been offered friendly service. Will was so patient with taking passport photos for my five-week-old, not an easy feat!
