Australia Post - Seaton LPO

First time ever going to this post office, I just dropped in to post a parcel on my way to Harbourtown as it was convenient. I was served by Jayaanth who was so helpful and great to deal with. I will definitely use this post office again if I am in the area

This is my favourite post office. Staff are always so helpful and friendly to everyone. Just all round good people, will make you feel warm and cosy inside. Their dogs are amazing too, so friendly and well behaved. My daughter is always first in the car if i have to go to the post office, because she adores these dogs 😊 ✨

Great staff, excellent customer service, was able to send a parcel to the states after i was told by a staff member another post office (findon) that it was absolutely not possible due to it being a bit of a bigger parcel, not by much mind you

I needed help finding a missing package. The staff helped me even though it wasn't being delivered through Aus Post. Got my package because of the great staff. Thank you!!!

Having recently moved here this has become my new local post office. I love the dogs who are so well behaved and bring a point of difference to what can easily become a boring, mundane place to have to visit. As much as I love dogs, I am slightly allergic so a quick vacuum here and there wouldn’t hurt. Have only ever had lovely interactions with the staff and it makes having to go to the post office a pleasurable experience. 😊

They should open on weekends aswell as most of us work 9 to 5 during weekdays and that makes it so hard to collect your own parcel.

Never ever under any circumstances would I ever recommend anyone to use this post office. Service is terrible, staff are immediately defensive when asked about missing parcels. I’ve dropped several parcels here in the past and there has been problems with every single one. Explain to me how a parcel in pristine condition with label securely attached, for international express post, gets accepted by this post office and then just vanishes off the face of the earth never to be scanned or seen since? Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to your nearest business centre. Avoid at all costs.

The worst Post office! They are not open over weekends and close at 5pm on weekdays except Thursdays. Left work early to collect an urgent parcel before they closed at 6pm on a Thursday, just to find a sign on the door to say they have closed early. Pointless to have a Post Office that is not accessible after normal working hours.

generally does not seem interested in his work .
and a little to layed back to be running any sort of business for
that matter .
3 times now had parcels returned to me ,ONLY because nobody
can read or understand the words FROM and TO very clearly on my parcles
every time the managers response is one of little or no interest
maybe more interested in his dogs
