I had an issue with my pool . I needed a suction blank for my filter. The pool shops couldn't help. I called in and seen Tyson in the Rockingham shop and he sourced the bit from the manufacturer overseas. Tyson kept me informed every step of the way With phone calls when the delivery to them was held up. I have finally received it and it fits

Generally rude and arrogant staff. No help to solve problems. Trade prices are 2x that of bunnings and 4x that of Perth Irrigation. Won't be going back.
