I had been looking for one of these wallets for a while and this company had some beautiful ones. The item was processed the same day and i received it quickly with tracking notifications along the way. It came packaged well and I'm very happy with the experience. My partners bracelet had broken, it was over 30 years old and couldn’t be repaired by a big chain jeweller. I took it to Lyncris to see if they could fix it. They were very friendly and helpful and were able to repair it. I was expecting to pay a bit more due to the nature of the repair. Was very happy with the result.

I've bought a few beautiful pieces from this shop. My family from QL have also purchased gifts for me from this store. They have a lovely range for all age ranges and budgets. I bought a long chain that slips over my 81 year old mother's head, as recommended by the shop, she loves it because she has arthritis in her hand. My sister loves her paper clip chain and charms by Thomas Sabgo. I like to support local businesses, but I can only support if they have products I love and this ticks all the boxes.

I've had numerous repairs and done a few purchases at Lyncris. The reason I keep going back - apart from the fact that they're close to home - is that the repairs are done well and quickly (and at reasonable prices).

For instance, I just had the glass replaced on my watch. They originally quoted 2.5 weeks, but it was ready a week quicker. When I left a message to remove a link from the band as well, it was done immediately, with no delay to the pick up time. Good, friendly, local service.

I just received my Lyncris Jewellers order via AustPost. First of all I want to say a big thank you to them for the beautiful Lyncris Jewellers individual magnetised box each bracelet came in, just adorable. The items I purchased online were exactly what I wanted, the website was very professional and easy to use, considering I live in Perth and they are in Melbourne I was very pleased with the ease and speed of it all (there was a little bit of a delay with delivery, but it is due to AustPost problems around Covid, Lyncris were very prompt with shipping from their end).
