I was trying to go back to windows 10 from 11 and I got stuck in bitlocker stage.
I ask Adelaide uni IT support to help but they said I’m gonna lose my data and same thing happen with another professor and lost 3 years of research. So, I contact more people and I hear same answer. But this place said they will fix my issue and they did it in 24 hr.

I dropped my computer the morning I was supposed to be moderating a global event on Zoom. These guys fixed my computer within 15 mins, gave me a new cable and charged me very little for their swift work. They saved my day and were so cheerful about it. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only did they sell me a great printer that ticked all my boxes, the customer service is outstanding.
