Too often, people these days are very quick to write letters of complaint about a service or a business practice. We feel that not enough ‘positive’ feedback gets written sadly, especially when it is deserved.

Received outstanding advice and products from the Poolsense team. I needed to completely drain, clean and refill the spa at my rental as part of my end of lease requirements.

Shannon gave me clear advice on what was needed to get it in shape, and the products at fair prices to make it happen. I followed his instructions and ended up with a like-new shell and exterior, clean pipes and filters, and crystal-clear water at the right chemical balance.

Shannon and his team do a fabulous job. I’ve used Poolsense Fairy Meadow for years. Our pool requires a lot of work especially after heavy rains as we get a lot of water run off. We require ongoing pool maintenance with water testing and supply of all of our pool chemicals and equipment.
Poolsense has always been our number 1 go to for great service.

Shannon was recommended by a friend. He said his pool is always crystal clear because Shannon tells him what to do after he takes a sample in. I can’t recommend Shannon highly enough. First pool for us and i went to see Shannon and Sharon at Poolsense Fairy Meadow. Both have great knowledge and were very patient in explaining to me how to get it all going well, after a few quick visits the pool is basically where it should be and crystal clear.
