The best location to stay at that was fun, though, and yes, rooms are good, but the carpet needs to clean cux it was so dirty that you can't walk barefoot. we need to wear slippers every time other wise everything is perfect and yes highly recommended

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. WONDERFUL HOSTS With great Services and very good service. I had a few requests and all where granted , answered and fulfilled well . Rooms are good size and facilities are like a mini home away from home. Perfect location. Prices are good. The restaurant is handy and closeness toTown Centre a boon. Hosts & staff are lovely wonderful people.

It was very quiet and well-equipped. Everything worked well and we enjoyed it. It was right across the street from the Esplanade and water. The manager was very helpful and co-operative. He had good suggestions on places to eat and the tourists sites. The Esplanade is very well done and would be fun for kids.

I will admit that the interior kitchen and living room was dated but it was clean and comfortable and we would recommend. I was a little nervous if my wife would like it because of it from the photos but she really liked it.

I have stayed here for several years and will continue to do so. The owners are lovely and have also been there for a long time. The rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. I love being able to go for a walk along the Esplanade and grab a coffee or meal and bring it back to the room.

My partner and I travelled through Esperance and stayed one night. Nothing was to much for our host. We are able to check in early after we called ahead. Clean property, good shower and cooking facilities, beautiful garden.

Great for solo travellers, young families/kids and couples. Has a great outside play and BBQ area that is safe and closed off.
Wonderful for young kids. There's a sand pit, toys and lots of beautiful grass and space to run around. Nice spot!

Overall experience were excellent. The receptionist lady were helpful, we accidentally left the charger devices at the room once we left, the lady give us call to let us know, luckily we weren't going that far. The receptionist did a incredible job. Definitely will come back here next time if we visit esperance again

Clean and exceeded my expectation. The host given us a spacious room that could accommodate 2 of my kids comfortably, with kitchen and all needed utensils. The garden view is magnifient too. Cleanliness is at the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Small family run business. They made us feel welcome and cosy. Super informative staff with a great knowledge of the area. The rooms are clean and tidy. With all the essentials you may need during your stay, Inc towels, toiletries, bedding, toaster, coffee, tea, etc. Great location. Would highly recommended and stay here again. Book in advance.

The price was more than reasonable for the room. Clean. Great location. The man we met who I assume owns it? I have forgotten his name, but he was very lovely! Anyways Mr lovley gave us recommendations for restaurants, snorkeling locations and even suggestions on avoiding the blocked/flooded roads on the way home. Will definitely stay again :)

This place was excellent! While the photos of the place online are fairly limited, it far surpassed our expectations with views to the ocean, great central location, spacious rooms and very accommodating staff who got us a new gas bottle at 7pm when our old one ran out. Would highly recommend

Rooms self contained. Location is perfect every thing is in walking distance and beach front is magical.

Your "room" is basically a 1 bedroom apartment. Really big for a motel, and close to the main jetty.

.Clean and comfortable place. Host was friendly and helpful. Centre of town, close to most things.

We stayed 4 nights in this resort. Clean, family friendly, cooking facility, good customer service.
