Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park

We recently enjoyed a delightful 3 night stay at Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park, staying in a cosy chalet that was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. The chalet was very clean and tidy, which made our stay all the more comfortable. On a lighter note, we found it quite amusing that the TV remote was missing—apparently, the previous guests had lost it :)
Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we'd love to return.

We needed a place to stay. Had car problems. The management was fantastic. So helpful and the park was getting full quite often. They found us two nice spots with an ensuite looking at the bush with lots of birds. Thanks for helping and being so accommodating

You get what u pay for the Beautiful lady in the office was helping us with an electrical problem she tried so hard to help us thank you for your help it was amazing and anyone who says otherwise is to picky you get what you pay for if u don’t like it you are more then welcome to go somewhere else the staff only do what they can ok they were amazing so thank you

The lady at reception was absolutely so lovely, kind and warm. Extremely accomadating. Even upgraded our room. Went out of her way to phone us so we didn't miss reception time. Cabin was comfortable, clean and neat. This caravan park needs a higher rating then it has.

Best service we've had so far. Everything was fully booked so we ended up here. Turns out it was cheaper than most campings which was a nice surprise. I agree that some things could use an upgrade but everything works fine.. Could even do our laundry for only 4 dollars. And shout out to the reception lady from yesterday, she absolutely made our day!

This rating due to the excellent service and comfortable rapport that the managers (Gary & Lyn) bring to the park.
Yes, the facilities are old and run down but the en-suite we were provided with was very clean.
As it turned out, we had been held up and, after a phone call explaining our circumstances, Gary & Lyn kept the office open until after 7.
Since, at the time, I was incapacitated Gary parked up the caravan for us in a demonstration of skilful manoeuvrability.
Thanks guys; well worth the reasonable price charged.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were absolutely lovely and so helpful and welcoming. They really went out of their way for us which was greatly appreciated. The camp sites are nestled in the back of the park and surrounded by trees. I do agree that the amenities might need a bit of an upgrade but they were enough for what we were after, it is camping after all so you can’t expect resort standard amenities. Thanks again!

We have been here for over a week now, and have had nothing but positive experiences.
Gary and Lyn are wonderful, helpful and great Managers.
We had a negative experience (customer service specific) at the Esperance RAC the week previous, ended up breaking down on the Nullarbor and was towed back to Acclaim, which was a real blessing for us.
If you prefer a relaxed, quiet, grassy place to stay, with exceptional customer service, I'd recommend Acclaim Esperance 100%.

Wynn is the kindest person I think I had the pleasure to meet whilst in Esperance.... None would allow 1 night booking but was no trouble for this wonderful manager.... Keep her and look after her, she is a treasure and made the stay so much better

What a great caravan park, you have the pleasure of the bush settings. You don’t pay a arm and leg for a ensuite site, it’s the only caravan park in Esperance with ensuite sites. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, pool is nice and clean. Other guests enjoyed the camp kitchen. Would definitely stay hear again. I give it a 5 star rating.

The park has new managers, who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I stayed for two weeks on an en-suite caravan site and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The park is only a 4 min drive into town. Although the facilities are very outdated, the managers acknowledge this and try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with the resources that are available. If you are after a great caravan site, good en-suite facilities and great service, then I highly recommend this place.

Great location. Great price compared to other expensive parks. Good cell phone reception. Great space if you're staying in the unpowered site. Good shade and flat ground. Just a walk to the toilets/showers.

It was the nicest, friendliest caravan park I have stayed in for a very long time. The new manager's have only been in 5 or so weeks and they are soooooo helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Esperance from now on..... Peaceful, relaxing just quite at night and beautiful birds in the morning. It's nice to be just out of town...

New managers in they have work so hard since the last time we were here. The park is clean & tidy & staff very friendly. Well done !

Had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful always willing to go the extra mile. Bathroom was cleaned twice daily, pool daily. They are pet friendly so had a great time with my dog. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet, green and clean, there is a homy atmosphere to this place. The couple managing the park are good people, helpful, caring and working hard for our comfort! We were there twice, first at a powered site, second time at a powered site with ensuite. Incredibly comfortable. We'll be back!

Had an amazing weekend at this holiday park. The cabin was clean and well equipped and the park had a great swimming pool and BBQ area. Sheree was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!!

Camped in an ensuite site for a week during the school holidays. Near the pool, quiet and very private. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning next year. Park is old but comfortable and relaxed, very shady sites and away from the crowds.
